Es una buena oportunidad para conocer esta grandiosa ciudad sin tener que pensar mucho los itinerarios._br/_ La razón por la que no le doy una mejor calificación es únicamente por la falta de calidez y de interés de colaboración por parte de los colaboradores de la empresa del Hop-on Hop off tour: escasamente te miran a los ojos y dificilmente te dan información útil cuando te atreves a preguntarles. Algunos de los guías en vivo en los buses tampoco son los más serviciales.

we had 3 nights in new york and purchased a 3 day ticket before we went, it gave us access to Empire State Building 86th floor view point_br/_ which had great views over the city, also a short film in lift ceiling showing construction, Statue of Liberty on the Ferry and a stop at Ellis Island which was interesting you could spend a day on this trip,there was also a sight seeing ferry trip included, Museum of New York and Historical Museum, the Gray Line bus tours Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn and a night tour, with plenty stops for viewing other attractions on routes with free entry, ChinaTown, Little Italy Rockafeller Centre, Central Park and Twin Towers Memorial which was very quiet and peaceful engraved with people, police and firemen you lost their life's helping others was very touching._br/_ Good value for money John

We did this tour in January and LOVED it! we unfortunately didn't get to do everything our ticket allowed as we didn't have time but we used the day, hop on hop off tour, the ferry tour and the night tour and really enjoyed it all! the tour guides are so clued in and have amazing facts.

The Hop On Hop Off is a great way to get around the city and see everything. But, dont expect to be in a hurry! There are lots of cars in NYC and it takes time. With this ticket, you can do many things, but you have to go to the main office to redeem and get your scan coded receipts. So, give yourself time to do that. Our first bus had a personal tour guide who, using the microphone, gave us a great tour. Not all buses have that. Most buses have the recorded tour and hand out the earbuds when you get on. On our trip, the traffic was so bad, we couldnt keep up with the recording, so we didnt always know what they were pointing out. All in all, the only way to see the city!

Hop-on Hop-off Tour: Good trip, visiting all the main tourist attractions. The guides were knowledgeable. What was negative was the equipment, some of the busses had problems with the sound system._br/_ Statue of Liberty tour: Excellent option_br/_ Empire State Observatory: Excellent value for the option!

This was good value for money, however the voucher code issued did not work and we spent a long time at the central office getting it sorted out. _br/_ Having said that the buses were plentiful and the tour guides were full of information. Good that you don't need to redeem everything within 3 days !

I cannot express how horrible our experience.We didn't have access to print but were told NUMEROUS times the Email voucher's scan code would work at all our paid activities and it said right on voucher this mobile scan would work.It did not and we lost lots of time and were very upset.

You get to see alot of New york, sometimes you were on the bus a while. The traffic was always heavy. Also the ferry ride which took you under manhatton and Brooklan bridge. then towards the statue of lyberty

A must for visitors to get around NY. This was our second trip to NY so we were a little familiar with this hop on hop off bus. We purchased the Super New York VIP pass. The VIP pass allow you to get on the bus first before any other passengers waiting in line. The ear plugs provide allow you to hear the tour guide clear as you ride the bus. The tour guides have a wealth of historical information on land marks and varies buildings as you approach them. The tour guides also help you get off at the right stop. The map that is provided is very helpful. Each Loop is numbered which allow you to get off the bus at the appropriate stop. We choice the Ferry ride which was included to circle around the Statue of Liberty ear.since we visited the Statue Of Liberty last year. The Top Of The Rock Observatory was also included so went there. There is always some one from the company in Times Square and at most bus stops. This is a fantastic way to get around NY.

We found this to be very good. The guide on the bus was fun and informative, The bus it got us everywhere we wanted to be, and we saw about very iconic place in NYC. The price is great with the Statue of Liberty and Empire State observation deck included. I recommend doing this. It is affordable, and one ride around give the layout of the land and opened up many possibilities of things to check out. It is very worth it. I am glad I choose this package. It was everything I needed.

DON'T book for VIP Skip-the-Line Package, Gray Line Bus tour guides didn't give us that priority pass. They should have asked who had the VIP pass before they the let people board the bus. Even worst is when we were in line for the short ferry ride from Battery Park to Liberty Island to visit the Statue of Liberty, we're pulled out of the line and were told that our VIP pass does not include the ferry ride but were advertised for priority boarding for Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn, Bronx Loop plus Night Tour, Hop-on Hop-off cruise.
