I dont generally speak for my wife as she is more than capable of speaking for herself but I am writing this review because I bought this tour as part of a 25th wedding anniversary present to her. Since this tour is strictly for womens apparel, I was basically a tag along / bag holder / wallet bearer. In spite of being the only man on the tour, my wife and I both had a blast. We got to go into studios and see a little of the fashion industry behind the scenes, and we got to meet several of the designers first hand. Keeve was a superb tour guide. She kept us entertained and informed and she kept us moving through Garment District. This tour is definitely not your typical couples tour, but if you are looking to do a way to do some very cool and one of kind shopping, this is your bag.

Short on information, long on trying to get the people taking the tour to make purchases at the various places visited. We were not familiar with any of the designers visited._br/_ Overpriced for what was offered.

We really enjoyed this tour. The tour guide was held up on the train due to no fault of her own and the company made up for the inconvenience. Highly recommend.

This was a super fun trip. Our tour guide was super fun and did a great job! My only complaint was that a few of the stops were not that great. One place had an amazing showroom, but only let a picture from a VERY small section. It seemed pointless and we saw a bunch of really cute stuff that we could not buy. We also had a stop to a trunk show that was super picked over by the time we got there. The first 2 places were amazing and they basically made the trip worthwhile.

Only worth doing if you have plenty of spare cash!! Got to see designers in their studios and parts of New York you wouldn't normally see but the samples were more expensive than we thought and only took cash! We wanted some history - maybe a different tour?

I loved the tour. The description should include the fact that some of the showrooms required cash and did not take credit cards. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We did encounter one showroom where the staff was rude and unorganized but the company gave us a list of other sample sales to do. Nice

My mom and I took this tour a week ago and were very lucky to have a wonderful guide- Lisa Marie. She was extremely informative, patient, and a lot of fun. One thing I would recommend for the tour is to not feel pressured to buy the items offered at each location. Also, at one of the designer stops we went to, we were early for our appointment and the designer was very rude and made us feel rushed and guilty because she said another group was going to come in soon. Also, maybe have the tour include more history of the Garment District rather than it feeling like just a shopping tour.

This tour was very enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone who likes to shop for clothing. While I only bought a sweater one of the 4 ladies on the tour was a cute little blonde who looked good in everything. So it was fun judging what she tried on.

My college-aged daughter and I enjoyed this behind-the-storefront tour. Our guide, Melanie, whisked us from place to place with enthisiasm and interest. She included a couple of extra stops that she thought we would like. The really high end clothes were out of our price range but it was still great to see them and others tried them on. We took advantage of great shopping deals and trending fashions at comparably midwestern prices. Very glad we did it!

I enjoyed the tour and the good buys on purses and scarves. Clothing was interesting but not in my size I knew that going in. I just enjoyed getting a sense of the types of businesses in the garment district.

Tour was fun, informative, and added to my and my grandaughters closets. Keve was great guide on tour and as native New Yorker knowledgeable about the city. Highlight was meeting designer Elizabeth Gilette who graciously shared her love of fabric and beautifully designed scarves.

Our tour guide, Natalie was wonderful. She enjoyed fashion and was able to share little tidbits about the city and fashion industry along the way. There's a good bit of walking, but it is to be expected for the serious shopper. Nice range of purchase items from high end fur to jewelry to casual and business wear. If you are on the smaller size, say a size 2, 4 or 6 you can get GREAT deals from shopping the sample sales. This is my second tour, but it won't be my last.

This was a great tour. We were able to visit designer showrooms and purchase clothing and accessories at up to 50 off retail pricing. Many of the brands can be found in Neiman Marcus, Macy's etc. Our guide was very passionate about fashion which made it all the more fun. I highly recommend this tour.

On the positive side: Our guide was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. The designers were helpful and pleasant. On the negative side: The showrooms are incredibly small, the selection of merchandise extremely limited and the majority of purchases must be cash only. This tour is geared towards city living and an entertaining lifestyle. This tour is not meant for the average woman. Would not make the investment again when I return to NY.

Our guide was amazing! The only reason im givibg the tour 4-Stars is bescuse I was disappointed that the Garment Houses were not more upscale. I expected them to be more high fashion.
