This tour was excellent right from the start from stepping onto the water taxi. The tour guide was friendly, engaged the crowd really well, was very informative and made you feel really good! Having the entry into the 9/11 museum was an added bonus. The museum was very interesting and probably the highlight of the day. To have the museum ticket included on the package, i would definitely recommend this tour. The photo opportunities at the Statue of Liberty were great with the skipper turning the boat so people on both sides of the boat had opportunities to take photo's.

I am a New Yorker visiting from the West Coast where I now live. What I liked most of all was being on the spectacular Hudson looking at how the Jersey shore is rivaling Manhattan's. It puts you right off without the subway and a long walk to get to the Museum. Easy Peasy

Every citizen and or visitors to NYC should see the 911 memorial. It is tastefully done but still tells you the whole story of what happened. Going down and down underground set the tone for the whole experience.

9/11 museum portion of tour which I paid for was not available until late in the day even though I was there to check in for boat trip before first boat of the day.

We were lucky with a warm, beautiful day in November. The ferry was comfortable and spacious. 9/11 Museum is a definite must see but very emotional.

This tour was not worth the money charged by _br/_ viator. The boat trip was okay, but you could hardly hear the tour guide over the voices of the tourists, as he described the scenes. The computers were down when we arrived at the pier, so we had to pay for our 911 Museum tickets twice. Stop 3 was not available.

Me and my two adult sons did this tour in January. Believe it or not we actually had great weather. A tad cold, but a beautiful, sunny day! Purchased through TripAdvisor for a very fair price we felt like we couldn't go wrong. Starting at pier 79. The ticket agents were extremely helpful as the tickets say accepts e-ticket we didn't print our tickets out. Be sure to go to the ticket booth upon arrival to exchange your vouchers for actual tickets.I recommend printing your vouchers ahead of time as they want the printed copies. They took a picture of the voucher from their personal cell phone since at that point we had no way to print. The water taxi was a typical water taxi, nothing fancy, but it was comfortable and not crowded. The guide was knowledgeable and pointed out landmarks along the way, she was helpful in letting people know what was at each stop. We exited at the 911 Memorial with plans to do the memorial museum and come back to the Taxi for more touring however we loved the 911 Memorial, museum and surrounding area so much we actually spent the rest of our day there. The museum is a beautiful tribute to the people and the families that lost lives and had lives changed forever on September 11. It's obviously a very somber place. A time for reflection. The volunteers at the museum are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I also recommend going to the top of the 1 World Trade Center!

Enjoyed the opportunity see many sights throughout the day - the 9/11 museum and memorial, Wall Street area, Brooklyn Bridge, and Statue of Liberty. The boats were always on time, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great way to see the highlights of the city if you have limited time._br/_ The 9/11 museum is a must if you are visiting New York but you will need at least 2 1/2 hours to see it all.

As my husband is an ex firefighter this was a must for us. Very reflective. Even if you have an entry time still be prepared to queue. Our entry time was 12 and we got in at just turned 1.

If you are limited for time this is an excellent way of seeing some iconic sights. Once on the harbour taxi you get an expert commentary so you don't miss anything. _br/_ Dropping off at Battery Park there is a 5-10 min walk to the memorial and museum. Be prepared for an emotional couple of hours, No jingoism, just an incredibly tasteful account of an horrendous day and account of the hours, days and months that followed. You cannot class this as enjoyable, but we still count it as the most memorable part of our visit. _br/_ Walking down Wall street we rejoined the taxi to continue sightseeing. Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis Island and Lady Liberty with a stop for photos and a history lesson, very good. Your ticket is valid for the whole day so I would advise getting there as early as you can to fit as much as you want into your day.
