Really enjoyed the view of the observation deck and the staff was amazing. However, there needs to be better communication related to the print/electronic voucher as it states either. But upon arrival the manager requested a printed voucher which took over about 20 minutes additional time of our day

most stressful time of my life. Gave me 2 instead of 8 tickets for vouchers. manager did not want to make it good. I had to find an email which I would have done from beginning. I was so so livid my blood pressure went up. so much to say but words are limited. view itself was awesome.

This is a must do tour. The whole experience was fantastic. The views are incredible, we paid for the audio/visual that explained what we were looking at. We also had lunch at the top, which was fabulous and recommended.

Do not book through Viator to arrive with e ticket, extremely rude staff won’t accept it. They require a printed ticket, Viator says only need e ticket. Unless you have an email account you can access to email it to them to print and are prepared to wait an hour and be ignored. View is amazing.

We arrived at the ticket office on the day we had booked for to be told that the next available tour was not until later that evening. We were able to switch our tickets for the following morning, but suggest you check that the time you want is available._br/_ Having said that the view from the top is amazing. Better than the Empire State Building? Debatable as you can see the Empire State Building obviously but you cannot see the Chrysler Building.

Best view of the city I've ever seen! Everyone in our group had a great time. We definitely recommend going up for the sunset so you can see the city at dusk and at night.

Excellent experience! We had booked a night time view but the weather was awful raining hard, but we were able to change our ticket to the next day when the weather was better. Staff very accomodating, and experience was fantastic, great views over the city, well wort a visit.

Our vouchers were easy to exchange for entrance tickets and we were sent straight to the top without having to wait in any long lines. I would suggest to go early in the morning. We took our time and the views from all three platforms were spectacular! I know people like the ESBuilding, but here you get to see the Empire State building and the rest of the historic skyline. The view of Central Park was great for my kids to see the size!
