Enter the world of the uncanny and the bizarre at Ripley's Believe It or Not in Times Square. With hundreds of weird and unusual artifacts displayed in over 20 themed galleries, come explore these amazing sights in New York City.
Located in the heart of Times Square, this fascinating collection of more than 500 astonishing artifacts extends over two floors and more than 20 interactive galleries.
From a baseball uniform worn by Babe Ruth to the world’s largest collection of shrunken heads, you'll discover that art extends beyond oil paint to include automotive bumpers, spider webs, portraits depicted in gumballs and even a 17-foot (5.2 m) tall World Trade Center modeled in perfect scale assembled from more than 470,000 matchsticks! See an iron maiden, a medieval European torture device, one of only 11 that are available to be viewed by the public, George Washington's hair and more bizarre and weird items that must be seen to be believed.
Enjoy interactive exhibits like the Recollections room where you can check out your dance moves projected and repeated in a rainbow of florescent colors or contribute to Ripley’s prized collection of shrunken heads with your own at the new Amazonian Makeover exhibit. Send your friends pictures of your head dressed up with hair, bones and war paint.
On the weekends, you might just catch a glimpse of the freakish human sideshows performing under the marquee. Sword-swallowers, street magicians, you never know what you might see.
Featuring favorites from Ripley’s around the world and oddities found only here in New York City, experience the odd, the absurd, the weird – and all true.
So why wait to buy your Ripley's Believe It or Not ticket at the door when you can book in advance now and get it at a discounted rate!

When we booked the tickets for this museum, we were not 100% sure if it would be a right decision. After we went to Riley's Believe It or Not, we were surprised how great the museum is. We saw lots of unbelievable events and items, and had lots of fun to participate the different activities. It is an interesting museum which will blow out your mind and expand your eyesight. We highly recommend it!!!

This could have been a lot better. The woman that was on the desk at the front door, was really unhelpful and couldnt be bothered to answer any questions that we had, we went in to pick up tickets however she processed us and told us to go in just now, I had told her that we had something else planned for that night and we were in to collect tickets as i had first said when i went to the desk. She said that she wouldnt be able to do anything about it as she had booked our tickets in and couldnt give us a refund, or other tickets for the following night. She said she would phone her manager to see what they could do, which was nothing. We had to rush round the museum and really didnt enjoy, would not recommend this Ripleys to anyone.

Possibly the strangest place I've ever been but so much fun and full of silly little surprises. Watch out when you're asked to roll your tongue as you may just see yourself trying somewhere later on........! Very glad I visited.

A Lot of fun! Staff a bit rude when you don't want to buy a picture! but apart from that, it was a good, exciting visit!

We bought the discounted tickets for the after 7pm entry and it worked well as it was less crowded and we had the daytime to do other things. Very interesting.

The tour started out good, but the tour ending up being 2 hours longer then it was supose to because the bus driver was late picking us up from one of the locations. And it was a miss comunication to the tour quide what time the boat tour was leaving, because we were told 2:30 and the tour quide had to running around a find everyone because the boat was leaving at 2:00, almost half the guest ended up missing the boat. And because the tour ended up being so long alot of the quest go off the tour and went back to there hotel because the were so exhausted.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! Times Square was amusing but I expected to see more. It was nice but the experience was a bit short lived.

It was interesting but , for the price I expected more!_br/_
I had my grandkids with me and when Iasked if they enjoyed it, the response was "it was okay". I asked if they would tell thier friends it was a must do, and the response was "no". Iasked why, they responded "it was kinda boring".

The price is not worth what you get. Some of it was good, but others made you think "Why did I pay for this" I'd say if the cost was about five to seven dollars, then it would've been worth it.
