I waited for almost an hour for the driver at the airport , even so, he asked to drop me off one block away from the hotel, and since I didnt agree, he let to drop me off after all the other passengers.

Hesitant to use this service again. It says the maximum number of passengers is 11, but there were 14 passengers plus the driver_br/_ packed into the shuttle. Luckily we were the first to be dropped off.

Really easy way to get to your hotel and good value too! Driver arrived on time and was very friendly and patient with all the traffic he had to deal with getting us from Newark Airport to Manhattan during rush hour!! Will surely book with them again next time!

I had an electronic voucher on my phone yet this was not accepted to travel on the transfer bus to NYC. I had to go to get the airlink to another terminal that had an internet cafe to print the voucher. Was not pleased after a 7 hour flight.

Absolutely awful, don’t even consider booking this transfer from the airport. After an 8hr flight it took 2.5hrs to get to our hotel in Manhattan we collected people from Newark airport on route and people from hotels who were travelling back to JFK. Save yourself the agony and take a yellow cab!!

Only reason dropped a star is because we set off then stopped again in another part of airport with no explanation and driver got out. It turned out to be because another family joined us but If travelling alone it would have been a bit unnervingly

We had to wait for 2 hours before we manage to leave the airport. Driver didn't even help us with ioading luggage and wasnt friendly. 2 hours is too long a wait particularly after our 22 hour flight. We know that this is a shared transport but the long wait time is too much. Will not use again.

This was extremely disappointing. We waited almost an hour for the driver to show up. Called them three times. He never apologized for being late. Talked on the phone the entire trip. Will never use this service again. Find another way to get to the city but not this service. They promised me to comp me for something but couldn't understand a word the lady was saying on the phone. Don't see any emails about an comps. Take AirTrain or Super Shuttle. You will be much happier.

Used this multiple times whether in SF , LAX or JFK. Went to the counter n told the staff that im holding on to a prepaid voucher. She called someone. Waited for 10mins. Driver arrived. Journey to Manhattan 65mins. Pretty smooth traffic. Gd driving. Will always pay for this service.

Just takes too long! Three and a half hours is such a waste when you only have 4 days in New York. Didn’t seem well planned as we had people on the bus from all ends of the city. We didn’t use our return and for the difference of $15 each, took a private can and got back in an hour.

We only had to wait about 5 minutes for pickup after we notified the desk of our arrival. Driver was very courteous and loaded and unloaded baggage. This was a quick, inexpensive way to and from airport and hotel in downtown Manhatten.

Excellent service! A fire had broke out at Time Square near where we were staying and our collection time was right in the middle of it - Time Square was blocked off with fire engines so traffic was pretty mental. Our hotel went to contact the transfer company to advise of the road block and to see if we could meet the driver somewhere, while this was going on the transfer company were trying to call the hotel as the driver had wanted to say he would be a bit late and that he would walk on foot to the hotel to meet us and escort us to the van there was 2 parties he was picking up. The driver appeared at the same time reception were relaying the message to us. Have used this company a few times before and never had any issues either from or to the airport - would definitely recommend.

We transferred from EWR to hotel in Manhattan. The minivan was full, but the transfer went smoothly and efficiently. A very convenient and inexpensive way to get to our hotel without paying for a cab. Driver handled our bags which was nice!

Easy to find the departure desk and get in a mini bus. Transfer into the city took over 1.5 hours because of the traffic but we saw a lot of sites along he way.

We arrived at 1.00am in New York. No one was at counter so rang the hotline. Had to hold on line for a while. The guy kept asking questions about our booking and kept saying we had booked through a third party Viator! What difference does that make - kept asking questions and I said surely they should have all that on file with our booking. There were two ladies there that had been waiting an hour and had made three calls. Eventually someone came and made it to the hotel at 2 am!!

The driver was very rude. It took us over an hour to reach our hotels. Of course I knew it was shared traveling but there was people who checked in after us and the dropped them off first. I asked him could he drop my mom off before me and my husband and he told me no. He tried to drop us off on the corner and asked if we could walk and I told him no. That is not what we paid for. I would not recommend this shared traveling to anyone!

You get better service by taxi than this shuttle. Consider wasting 2-3 hours extra upon arrival to get to the hotel from airport if you plan to use shuttle service.
