I rang to confirm pick up whilst still in UK, i.e. before my outbound trip! The lady on the phone was so polite and clear in her directions. I never had to repeat myself. The pick up arrived right on queue and I arrived at Newark even before they said I would, which was nice. Good driver and comfy ride.

Our driver arrived about the time we were told he would. He was very helpful with our luggage both at our hotel and at LGA. While we had a very enjoyable visit with a mother and daughter in the van, he was willing to answer questions and join in our conversation. We found him very pleasant and professional--therefore, we recommend this service as top notch! We would use it again in a heartbeat.

The driver arrived on time, I was already waiting in front of the hotel. Its a safe transfer for a good price but drivers are never really kinds, and never forget to remind the passengers about gratuities.

Driver gave my daughter the wrong bag when she was dropped off and then she had a hassle getting the right case back. Luckily the people who ended up with her case from the transport realized pretty quickly and then had to hunt my daughter down to swap over. A hassle she could have done without. I would have thought the drivers would have a system where they knew whos bag belonged to who.

Wanted us to leave 4 hours before our flight because it might take 2 or 3 hours in traffic. Totally unacceptable. Not sitting in an overcrowded van with a terrible driver for that long. Took transportation from the hotel and got there in 45 minutes.

The driver did not arrive on time so in order to avoid missing my flight, I had to use a taxi. I was able to make it to the airport but it cost me 60. A piece of advice: Don't use shuttle service to get to the airport in NYC.

I didn't print out the voucher, since I didn't have a printer when I booked the return transfer in New York. Thought a screenshot and a reference number would do, but no. PRINT OUT THE VOUCHER! Driver got really rude, I had to pay again or he would kick me out, so I ended up paying again it was my fault I didn't print out the voucher. He would charge me 25,-, gave me a written receipt with 25,- on it, but when I checked my credit card account he had charged me 45,73! Been in touch with Go Airlink but they just keep copying and pasting the same answer. Their customer service is terrible, they charged me too much and just don't care. Considering I had already bought this voucher through Viator, this ended up being a very expensive transfer for me. I should have just taken an Uber and not have dealt with these unfriendly people of Go Airlink!

Quick pickup at the airport but 2 hour ride due to traffic and numerous drop offs. We were the last ones on the shuttle. The driver asks us if we had eaten, pulls over and parks, runs into a pizza shop and brings back slices for all of us!

The desk was easy to find at the airport. The driver was pleasant, knew his way around the route to New and was certainly a good driver. He even offered to take me the the extra few blocks that I needed to go ._br/_ The driver on the return trip was a little too fast to leave without me. I was no more than two minutes late. I was at the door as he was driving away. Luckily the doorman had a sharp whistle and I was not left stranded. The remainder of the trip back to Newark was uneventful and pleasant._br/_ Both trips were either on time or early.
