We LOVED this tour. It was myself, my adult daughter, and my two grandkids. They loved being able to see the Manhattan skyline, the bridges, and especially the Freedom Tower and the Statue of Liberty. The cruise itself was smooth as could be, despite cloudy weather, and the tour guide was fantastic funny, knowledgeable, and kept even the kids engaged. This year, we will actually take the cruise to Liberty and Ellis Islands so they can go inside the statue and learn about Ellis Island.

This was great from start to finish only an hour but enough and the guide on the boat was first class and knew his stuff especially when he reeled off all the famous people from Brooklyn that was truly amazing. Well worth the dollars but we booked on line before we went so was cheaper doing it that way.

This tour was great! It was short and provided alot of details of the city history. It gives you a gorgeous view of the statue of liberty and financial district! Also can buy a nice glass of wine on the boat to enjoy the views. I would recommend, great price for what you get!

I took the 12:30pm Cruise on Sat, Sep 2 , 2017. All the staff I'd encountered have been exceptional and super friendly. In particular, there was a supervisor who was kind enough to offer to provide me with his hotspot to print out my voucher since my phone's data had some glitches. I cannot thank him enough for saving me the extra US60 for the tickets. My mom is 84 years old and has limited mobility but all the crew members were very helpful and tried their very best to accommodate her. Thank you very much to a great team of the Statue of Liberty Express Cruise for giving my mother and myself a fastantic trip and fond memories.

I enjoyed the narration of this tour by our guide Andy. He was excellent. Since we departed 10 minutes late from the dock, I thought we would still have the complete hour as described for the tour however I was disappointed that we returned to the dock 50 minutes later and therefore not having the full hour. Other than that, it was an enjoyable time.

My wife and I had a bit of free time before having to head back to the airport so we decided to take a short tour to see the Statue of Liberty. The tour guide on the boat, Joel, was very knowledgeable about the history of NY and the surrounding areas. His voice was very good and we had no problem hearing and understanding every word he spoke. We booked the trip the night before and redeeming the e-Voucher couldnt have been any easier. If you have just a short time to see some sights this is the trip for you!

Awesome trip! Not too long for the little ones but still great for everyone. Our guide, Andy, was very knoledgeable and funny as well. I highly recommend this. Gets crowded so this deal is awesome. Get there 45 minutes early and grab your ticket, you can then walk around and wait.

This was our first time booking anything through Viator, so I was a little skeptical when we got to the port and everything was so easy. It was a bit cold and windy that day. It made trying to figure out logistics was a little difficult once we got in the vicinity. I found the seaport thing but there's no exact sign that points to where you have to go. I was about to check out a museum of sorts with the name southstreet seaport to warm up but I might have missed my ride since it was the last one for the day. On the bright side, being so cold it didn't appear to be smelly or crowded. I don't remember the directions saying anything about actually walking out to the pier. I'm guessing that would be a automatic for some but I thought there was some official meetup point where a guide would maybe escort you on the boat. I'm not the best nav-type of guy. I had to do a bit of rushing and asking for directions. not bad for 34 i guess

Directions to find this location were not clear. Was freezing the day we went; indoor option is available. Ppl are allowed to freely move during the tour, so be prepared to fight for a view when a group of 20 pushes you throughout. Saw the statue up close, but wouldn and #39;t go again.
