Really enjoyed the view of the observation deck and the staff was amazing. However, there needs to be better communication related to the print/electronic voucher as it states either. But upon arrival the manager requested a printed voucher which took over about 20 minutes additional time of our day

This is a must do tour. The whole experience was fantastic. The views are incredible, we paid for the audio/visual that explained what we were looking at. We also had lunch at the top, which was fabulous and recommended.

Do not book through Viator to arrive with e ticket, extremely rude staff won’t accept it. They require a printed ticket, Viator says only need e ticket. Unless you have an email account you can access to email it to them to print and are prepared to wait an hour and be ignored. View is amazing.

We arrived at the ticket office on the day we had booked for to be told that the next available tour was not until later that evening. We were able to switch our tickets for the following morning, but suggest you check that the time you want is available._br/_ Having said that the view from the top is amazing. Better than the Empire State Building? Debatable as you can see the Empire State Building obviously but you cannot see the Chrysler Building.

Our vouchers were easy to exchange for entrance tickets and we were sent straight to the top without having to wait in any long lines. I would suggest to go early in the morning. We took our time and the views from all three platforms were spectacular! I know people like the ESBuilding, but here you get to see the Empire State building and the rest of the historic skyline. The view of Central Park was great for my kids to see the size!

A really good experience with fabulous views, and due to the clear glass screens at the top you got the views outside without the wind effect. So it was really pleasant in the sun. No 'big drop' effect either for us as we aren't very good with height. if you are from the UK you will be getting up early anyway so we had no queues at all. And although you nominally chose a day to visit, you don't have to stick with it, very handy

it has a better view of central park than the Empire State Building and that is all. It's is very commercial. Be aware that the ticket only gets you a time slot to go up and that may be hours from the time that you present the voucher. you may want to have an alternate plans for a couple of hours, MOMA is walking distance.

We had an open ticket for this trip and so glad that we had. We wanted to go and watch the sunset from the top as we were doing the Empire State the following day in the early morning. However, it was cloudy so we decided to postpone and go up in the evening, good call. Seeing Manhattan light up at night gave us a different perspective from the view from the Empire State that we did in the daylight.

Awesome experience especially during the evening, although daytime is also great. The biggest advantage of visiting the Rock is you have a full view of all the iconic buildings when looking to the south part of Manhattan. You'll see the Chrysler building, The Empire State building, Bank of America, Time Square and all the way in the back Freedom One. The other side towards Central Park isn't that great however still worthwhile.

Unguided tour which is good. Allowed the visitor a chance to view the skyline of NYC for the full 360 degrees on the 3 floors of the observatory. Each floor has advantages over the other so be sure to visit each floor.
