Throughout the tour, stops will be made at all the key viewing areas including Goat Island and of course the Prospect Point Observation Tower (entrance included). The tour guide was great...she was knowledgeable and fun. The Cave of the Winds attraction was breath-taking. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was wonderful...yes we were up close to the Falls. The water was actually not as rocky as you would think. The thing I would change is the selection for a lunch stop...if you don't eat hamburgers, you are out of luck.

After unbelievably wonderful tours in Italy a few years ago, when visiting Niagara Falls we only considered booking through Viator. We didn't notice until confirming the reservation a few days before that the tour is actually run by another tour company. The tour was just okay. The guide for the most part was just a driver and organizer, provided only the minimum required dialogue, but answered most questions when asked. The points of interest were great. The area surrounding the American side was a big disappointment so we were happy we were staying on the Canadian side.

I really enjoyed our tour guide, Lori. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the falls. She smoothly guided us through customs we were picked up on the Canadian side. She also led us to the Maid of the Mist boat and gave us tips as to where to stand on the boat. She gave us a lot of tips and hints for each stop on the tour...things that only a person who had been at the locations would have known. She was very precise with instructions and directions so everything was clear and easy to understand. When one couple was late getting back to the bus, she was not upset but waited patiently. My only disappointment with the tour was that we didn't visit the power plant. I'm not sure if we were on the exact tour that we reserved. The other minor flaw was the sign up process. I called Viator to ask questions and reserve the tour. Then I had to call Grayline the tour company to set up the hotel pickup. It was a couple of hours before they had the paperwork to be able to set up this part of the tour. In this day of electronics I would have expected that this would have been faster.

I was disappointed because the tour information says the sights in which we are supposed to visit. However, we didn and #39;t visit cave of the winds, we got a movie instead, we didn and #39;t get to visit all the islands. It was a waste of money considering we didn and #39;t get to see all the sights promised. $400 waste

The tour destinations are awesome, but spending 100$ per head for this tour is useless. If you are alone or need help in transportation, then this tour makes sense. Otherwise rent a car or even better walk and have fun._br/_

its farhin, we started tour @3 pm. It was perfect timing , sunny warm n good fo pictures..morning n evening gets cold and gloomy cloudy somehow! Chuck was awsome!! We were first person to get picked by him. He was friendly n made funny conversation during trip and he speaks 13 languages , it was funny he would speak mo hindi dan english wid me, even i spoke english entire time. he told us the history while he was driving us , so we can enjoy the view when we arrive and he gave us tym to take pictures..VIator deal literally saved our day , trip and time! I would say , if you spent money den spent it on right place , hire them as ur tour guide! U woon't regrat ! :D
