This was the absolute best part of our Niagara Falls vacation! The weather was less than desirable our entire visit and it was touch and go on the flight due to rain. We got very lucky and our flight did get off and though not as colorful as it would have been with the sun out, it was a excellent flight over the surrounding wine country, power station, golf course, river, and of course Niagara Falls. The equipment used by Niagara Falls Grand Helicopter Tour was in tip-top condition, clean, and comfortable. Our pilot gave us great information during the flight, and I must say one of the best helicopter take and landing I have experienced. I didn't even notice we had lifted off until we were 10 foot off the pad. Most of my experience with helicopters was in Vietnam, and you can imagine their take offs and landings. Even our Hawaii flights were more noticeable during the take off and landings.

The view from the helicopter was excepcional, but I think they can improve a lot this Tour, firstable the pilot he didn't say even hello in the all trip complete, the explanation by the headphones was terrible totally not understable a lot of interference, we cant hear nothing, the trip suppose tus be one hour, and was 20 minutes total, and the worst part they charge for my child of 2 years like an adult, this is an abuse more for the experience if you get off happy this part can feel different

Let me start out by saying, I planned the Helicopter ride, as a present to my longtime love, June. I, myself, are terrified of heights! I'm partially disabled, so getting in and out was a little difficult, but with the help of the staff, I got in, and out just fine. The ride was beautiful, very scenic, but too short, and because of where I sat in the aircraft, I don't feel I got the best view. When the flight was over, and I stepped off, I was quite surprised by the youth of the pilot! But I must say, he was a sky chauffer! He took off, and landed smoothly! While in flight, I was never in doubt of the pilots capabilities! June and I enjoyed the ride very much. We all took pictures. Her best pic was me turning green upon take off. Yes! I would use Viator again.

The people conducting the tour were very nice, the helicopter was very roomie, We had five adults on the trip plus the pilot. Problems that we had, headset that my wife was using didn't work, no one checked them before we lifted off and the pilot didn't narrate the trip, very poor pretaped talk.

we had nice helicopter ride.. but had no idea what we were looking at, except of course the falls. there was supposed to be a narrative. they use a recording and we couldn't hear or understand a word of it. we told the pilot and copilot but they weren't listening. probably busy flying the aircraft. we hoped they could have told us something. after a difficult conversation with management they gave us a one fare refund.

The amazing trip over the falls that finally give peace on your dreams! We found correct and realistic information on this guys site, we pay for that from our house in Italy and one day before the trip we went to the base office to understand if it was a dream or for real. We found the courtesy of a couple of guys telling us everything was registered and correct. On the scheduled days we arrived two hour earlier! ... they was so kind to anticipate the flight so we had just half hour to wait. The trip was really well done in full safety, with just three of us and two pilots. Twenty minutes flight to reach and stay over the falls, with full respect of left and right side passengers view satisfaction. We was invited to use headphones for noise shield, to listen to some falls info's and for guest interconnection the audio sets was not working properly, this is really the only fail we found and cannot give one star less for this.

It was pretty cool to go up over the falls in a helicopter. 1)no need for and #34;canned and #34; music in headphones before recorded tour guide speech starts - hard to have any convo w/your partner; 2)would have been nice to make a second loop around the falls - only getting one chance for pics wasn and #39;t enough

We booked the helicopter tour for 4 of us and we're so pleased we did. We were met at reception and after handing in our voucher the rest of the paper work was completed. The helicopter held just the 4 of us which was lovely, pilot explained the route prior to take off and as none of us had been in a helicopter before it was a great experience. Going over Niagara was amazing such wonderful views of the falls , fantastic photo opportunities, really stunning would truly recommend to anyone

Don,t book this trip if you are staying on the American side of the falls, you will find that the taxi fare is nearly as expensive as the helicopter flight._br/_ The flight itself was good but, very hard to take good photos due to obstructions on doors of yhe helicopter.

Absolutely a must if you want the best view of the Falls. FBO was very nice. The 2 helicopters appeared clean and well maintained. Relatively short flight but with great views. They do need to address the audio system they play during flight. It was scratchy and difficult to hear. Also, based on other helicopter tours we've taken the pilot should interact and talk to passengers. This pilot said nothing. He could have made the experience much better by interacting.

This is a great tour and the company is in Niagara on the Lake, away from the hassle of downtown Niagara. The tour runs about 20 min from liftoff to return. The views are spectacular, not just the falls, but the Niagara River, the Whirlpool, the town of Niagara on the Lake, and the surrounding area. Very confident company with a focus on safety. You leave from an airport instead of a parking lot. Narration may depend on your headset, but we had difficulty hearing. Basically you know what you are looking at anyway. The windows are large enough for clear photos. It's a great thrill to see the falls from above. You must experience it from every angle to get the full affect...this is just one way...don't miss it.
