The Maid o the Mist part of the the excursion was great. The rest of the tour was a LOT of driving around in the bus. The driver was awesome but again, it seemed like we we driving more than touring.

Tour was great, guide was fantastic...very patient with a few people who were late and without their passports._br/_ I know you stressed passports must be with you but I also did not realize we were going to go back on the American side of the falls, thought Maid of the Mist was also on the Canadian side, my bad. I also did not question the amount of walking, two people in our party have walking problems so it was slightly difficult walking from the bus to the elevator which the guide said was a quarter of a mile, plus there were many tour buses which caused a long stand waiting in line. The walk on the bottom to the boat and once we got off the walking on the ramp was also difficult, again my bad for not questioning.

Really nice tour and the guide was awesome. J did a fantastic job and even had a little helper on that day (since it was the 4th). Together they made it a very memorable day for us. Gladly do it all over again!

Great tour with a knowledgeable staff. The tour ran long and the tour guide said that it almost always run long. The length of the tour should be updated so that we can plan accordingly.

Je ne peux qualifier ce tour pour le Niagara que par pure arnaque, j'ai acheté un billet de tour pour plus de 100 pour un tour qui est sensé nous faire visiter plusieurs paysages et endroits, mais je me retrouve à la fin avec un tour qui a duré pas plus que 2h et que j'aurai pu faire toute seule gratuitement. cétait une grande déception.
