This trip was well worth every penny. Our tour guide Carwyn was very knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. Carwyn is a great asset to the Viator team. I will definitely book again in the near future and will recommend to family and friends looking to explore Niagara Falls and learn about its rich history.

Great tour, you get to see the falls from every single angle. Tour operator very nice and friendly and run the tour in our pace. It was only 4 of us in the tour but they say the max number is 7 to ensure a more personable experience. We were picked up at 8:45 am - we came from Toronto via greyhound coach and they offered pick up and drop off at the station. Tour lasts from 9 - 2 pm but this is plenty of time and you do get to see everything so not felt that i missed out on anything._br/_ One down side is the customer service, we could not get hold of anyone on the phone to speak to when we wanted to change the pick up point we arranged before, and the couple who did the tour with us had similar issues. Also, the view from the Skylon tower is great and the revolving restaurant provides great opportunities to take nice pictures and get warm after a day of getting wet but the food was very average. Still would definitely go there just for the views.

Great tour and our tour guide Mike was informative and kept us on schedule for all the different tours! _br/_ The one negative was the short duration of the helicopter tour. Felt like I just got settled in my seat and we were landing again. Ok, I realize it's a business and flight time is expensive.

If you are looking for a tour in Niagara Falls that has it all, this it the tour for you. You get to see the falls from every angle - from behind the falls, up close in a boat, up above in a helicopter, and finally while enjoying a great lunch at Skylon Tower. I highly recommend this tour. It was worth every cent!

Fantastic tour ! _br/_ From the beginning with the pickup by our guide (sorry I forgot her name but she was working on 21/09/2017) from the end with the lunch at the Skylon Tour) The tour was well organized, no waiting between activities nevertheless no rush. The helicopter ride is also amazing.

Our tour guide Amanda was wonderful! We loved how structured the tour was and we had the ability to see the falls from every angle possible. The lunch at skylon tower exceeded our expectations and was delicious! We were only in town for a day, and this was the best way for us to maximize our time!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Niagara tour with Chris. He was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had a great time. From the behind the falls adventure, on to the helicopter tour, then the Hornblower boat excursion, and finalizing with the Skylon lunch, we could not be more pleased. Bonus! The people that were also on our tour were great too!! Worth every penny we spent!!

The tour was the best part of our cross country experience. However, I took away stars for the pick-up debacle. The tour van left without picking us up and then due to poor phone coverage out of the country I never received the drivers calls but I was standing out front with my children for over 30 mins....and he left us. I was able to contact central office to find out why he had not come only to find out he left. The pick up van was not described very well. We met a wonderful family enjoyed the tour behind the falls, and the boat ride to the falls, but the helicopter ride disappointing. The company didn't allow any of my family members to ride up front even though there are two seat and were two different families one family was able to get both front seats I paid the same amount as the other family but we had to see the back of heads.....very disappointed. I would have thought they should have allowed one person from each family to sit up front. Seems only fair.

If you're going to do a trip this is the one! Small group of six and our tour guide Matt was brilliant. Well worth every penny. _br/_ The Skylon Tower lunch was only ok but certainly didn't spoil the experience.

Only real complaint was that the lunch was more for the view than the quality though not terrible, it was generic banquet food. Great tour guide and it was nice not having to find parking at every stop. Tour had a nice flow to it.
