This is a difficult card to use. When purchased you have to collect from a local agent who doesn't know anything about it, the instructions you receive a vague and nobody is to interested in helping so you have to persistent to book a tour using it. This wastes valuable holiday time, expect the minimum amount of time to book will be at least 1 hours by the time the person has to be talked into helping. We did the Pearl Harbour tour which was great but it would have been just as easy to book it directly and not via this card. Our final choice was the Kauloa Ranch, they wanted to limit it to one activity a day, it took 3 phone calls to the Ranch booking a call to the local customer support which is someone's mobile which you have to explain was given as a contact point for iventure to be told that you can use it for more than 1 activity a day... went and booked with the Ranch and when we got out there... was told again it was limited to one and I was free to call iventure customer support guess what no phone coverage at the Ranch, it was only through persistence on my part to say they shouldn't be selling their services via this card unless they understood how it worked that the girl eventually came back and said that she had to take the number of the cards and her supervisor would put it through as the machine at reception wouldn't accept the second activity on the same day. The receipt from the first activity for the day clearly showed that there was 1 remaining but couldn't be processed. It was sorted we got to do the 2 activities but there needs to be more knowledge about the card and better back up when there are issues... it would have been much easier to make the bookings directly with the providers and save time... i felt like i was having to educate the providers about the card...even overheard the agent who we collected the cards from say.. don't know anything about it... it seems to be something from Australia and we couldn't get the card machine to validate yesterday. I only persisted because we spent 466 for 4 people... but wasted valuable holiday time trying to sort it out.
