We booked a round trip from the Airport to our Hotel in Waikiki. The first part never happened and we had to catch a Taxi. The return trip did happen, after several phone calls and feeble explanations. We were not impressed, and will find it difficult to use Viator and Speedi-shuttle again.

Great in both directions. Lovely sedan vehicle, speedy transfer out of airport and on our way to hotel in minutes. Highly recommend. This is a genuine review from someone who has travelled the world as part of my career so know only too well the joys of public and shared transfers vs. private ones. Fantastic service. We did not even have to call the number on the voucher as indicated, the guy was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name board. Lovely vehicle, friendly and helpful driver, great ride to hotel. Anyone considering this - then book it!! Honestly, this is a private review from an experienced traveller who is not backward in complaining when things don't go well. This service was nothing short of excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

both drivers, during pick up and return were absolutely perfect! this is our second time using private RT transfer through viator. we will never again go back to shared shuttle service. someone met us as we got off the plane and helped us get to baggage claim. the guy picking us up got stuck in a little traffic coming to pick us up, but that wasn't too big of a deal, waters were waiting for us upon getting in the car, the car seat they provided for my 2 year old was clean. our return transfer was even better. the guy was already waiting for us in the lobby, cold waters awaited us in the car..... i absolutely loved loved loved the experience... next year when we come back, we're using this again! thank you viator!

Driver that picked us up from the airport must have had some thing better to do on the day hardly said two words the whole trip which we had to pry out of her, turned into about two hours long because of traffic not her fault but got no communication only quick response from questions asked she was only concerned with the radio station SHE wanted to listen to and when car radio reception was no good she plugged in her phone to continue listening,don't get me wrong she was capable of speaking she proved that when it came time for tipping her .
