Money well spent. We really utilized this. We bought all the lines for 7 days. Blue line is a 2.5 hour tour out along the coast line. The rest are all hop on/off type. My complaint to Viator are with your instructions......The only place to redeem your voucher is at the Main Terminal which is in the basement of The Galleria._br/_ Once we exchanged our vouchers everything ran like clockwork.

This was a great way to get around and sightsee especially on a holiday Christmas when our options were very limited. The price was reasonable however, since most the lines were closed, it would have been appropriate for the company to have allowed the Christmas line to be included in the all-line pass for the day. By biggest concern was after I was told by Viator that I would have ADA vehicles, the tour operator said that wasn't going to happen. Both companies were very hard to reach even after advertising being available 24/7. But, since the drivers were kind and mostly patient with helping me on and off the trolley, it made up some for the difficulties I ran into having a bad miscommunication b/w the two companies.

The tour gave us an interesting view of Oahu countryside and coast on the blue line. We had e vouchers but were not able to board the bus until we went into the undergraound garage to obtain paper tickets. This information would have been useful to save us the confusion of the pick up procedure. Otherwise, good tour and good value for money.

Sorry two stars were kinda generous... i didn't know the pink line doesn't take my printed voucher... the forth trolley driver I begged finally took me to one stop where a security guard led me two more blocks to the central station where I could get the voucher redeem. By the time I got the ticket, it was too late for me to tour the city.

Yes, it is expensive, yes people can take the bus to some of these destinations but honestly, the hop on/hop off is a great way to learn about the area that you are visiting. The Green, Blue, and Red lines were my favorite and the Pink line I road daily.

Buses were mostly on time, but when you're on holiday with so much to see, it didn't really affect our enjoyment. The drivers were informative, professional and in most cases extremely amusing. With my wife we took the 4 days all line pass and it really worth every dollar we paid for it. We had the opportunity of ride all around the Oahu island, visit the different touristic points, enjoy the views, take pictures, taste the food. For us that was the best and cheapest way to visit Honolulu during 4 days. We recommend this ride as the very easy way to visit the island.

This service is so easy to use and really covers most of the areas any visitor to Honolulu would want to go! Using the colored lines for the various bus routes is brilliant and is so simple! I used the pink and red lines primarily, but the ability to personalize your pass is fantastic! My only complaint is that if you buy the voucher on-line, you have to exchange your voucher at the main trolley operations in the mall before being issued a pass for the buses. We had a very nice driver who took us to the mall and explained exactly what we needed to do, so it only took a matter of minutes. However, another couple was refused service after waiting for the bus arrive and were told to take another bus to the mall to exchange their voucher. It was very hot outside and there was not any shade at the bus stop, so they really just wanted to get on the bus, but the driver refused. Granted, the other route would have taken them to the mall more quickly, but they still could have gotten on the bus with us and taken a slightly longer ride to the mall. It would have made the couple happy and relieved some tension, as the people were quite angry at having to wait in the sun for another bus.

When you go on trips its about having fun, learning a lot about the history and culture of the area and great job guys. We traveled on all lines except the purple and green. I am not recommending it because it had great air condition and drove smoothly - I am recommending it because of the drivers and tour guides and the people at the cashier desk... they are fantastic.... the drivers and assistants took their time out to explain the stops, history and a lot of humor...Now when they tell you to be back in 10 minutes.... please be back on time or before 10 minutes.. especially at the blow hole.... you know guys ..... aloha !!!!!!

We arrived in Waikiki and hopped a trolley, found out we had to go to the bus center to get a voucher to ride for our 4 day hop on hop off. We rode the green line, the purple line and the blue line. We enjoyed most of the trip. The drivers, Michael and Jaycan were fun and nice, not so much the one called Greg, he was political and depressing. I wanted to be anywhere else than listening to him. It was a double decker bus. We saw many things I don't think we would have found on our own._br/_ It was handy having the hop on and hop off. I wish they had one that went to the Dole plantation and North Shore. we had to use the city bus and it was a long ride. I wish they would give you a readable schedule when you pick up the voucher. Otherwise. Nice!!

Not really a tour just a bus. Drivers rarely gave helpful info and bus lines tended to be confusing. Also this site tells you you download your e ticket or print a voucher, they neglect to tell you that you have to redeem it at a specific brick and mortar building. This was in Honolulu and outside typical tourist areas you really don't want to go exploring on your own, some pretty sketchy areas.

These tours are highly recommended for people who want to see areas outside of Waikiki's main strip. The pink line will cover all your shopping, souvenir and I need to find something to eat needs and as such is highly utilised but don't worry the 10 minute spacings mean it is rarely full. The red and green lines will allow you to see areas outside of comfortable walking distance but within Waikiki's general vicinity and this covers the Honolulu Zoo highly recommended and cheap too and the Diamond Head Hike it's worth it for the amazing views believe me among others. The blue line will take towards the North Shore along the coast and anyone who visits Oaho should do this at least once as Hawai'i is most pretty away from the high rise buildings and there is many places to take photos that will take your breath away. Of the changes I would recommend the red line could be improved by running every 2nd tour in the opposite direction that way anyone who wanted to shop in the Ward Shopping Area did not have to wait for sometimes a couple of hours to reach this destination and should run till 9pm like the pink line or extend the pink line to Ward this will become a necessity with the development in this area and in relation to the blue line you will have to look at the logistics of allowing people to catch this line for swimming at Huanama Bay or Sandy Beach as people looking at people swimming and being told you can't swim defies logic.

Good transportation around the island but if you are looking for a sightseeing tour, this falls short of the typical hop on/off tour buses in the international cities with the earbuds and recorded commentary. The limited bus schedules of the major locations like Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head really do not allow for you to do much hopping off and exploring and still be able to get a bus back to your original starting location unless you start at 8am and only do 1 a day.

Our driver was friendly, however, he spent a considerable amount of time pointing out WalMart stores and Ross stores. The driver discussed WalMart and the history of WalMart on the island far more than needed. We were hoping for a discussion of downtown history with fun facts. Perhaps a review of the script would be helpful for future customers. I have used Grey Line tours in the past and enjoyed every minutes....I would not recommend this tour.

The only way to see a new city. We have done the Hop On Hop Off in London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago each time we have been able to get around easily, safely and cost effectively. The Waikiki one was no exception- great range of trips and timetable was reliable. An absoulte must do if you want to see the best that Honolulu has to offer!
