Take a ride on the wild side during an open-air coach safari through Forever Florida, a 4,700-acre (1,880-hectare) eco-ranch and wildlife conservation area near Orlando! Riding 8 feet (2.5 meters) above the ground in an elevated 30-seat vehicle, you will have fantastic up-close views of Florida’s wildlife and wilderness in nine pristine Florida ecosystems. You’ll also visit a ranch to see animals including the Florida Cracker Horse.
Your two-hour Forever Florida eco-safari begins when you meet your expert guide and board your safari coach – an elevated, open-air vehicle that is a cross between a Jeep and a trolley. The coach gets you 8 feet off the ground so you can enjoy great views of the wilderness around you! You’ll first head to a real Florida ranch, featuring a living museum of Spanish colonial cattle and the unique Florida Cracker Horse, a nearly extinct breed of horse known for its speed.
Your safari continues deep into the 4,700-acre Forever Florida wildlife conservation area, a piece of wilderness preserved just as nature intended. This pristine site boasts nine distinct Florida ecosystems and an endless array of natural flora and fauna, including alligators, black bears, white-tailed deer, nearly 200 species of birds and the endangered Florida panther. From your coach, you’ll have a fantastic view of the wildlife.
Mid-way through your journey, hop off the coach and stretch your legs at a boardwalk that takes you into a densely forested floodplain. This beautiful spot features crystal-clear tea-colored water, a diverse canopy full of life and cypress trees up to 500 years old.
I did not like this tour, it was over hour drive from Orlando. We did not see much wild life, its was just wilderness, saw some cows. a few alligator and that was it. It was different, I book this tour because I wanted to see much wild life. It is too far and there is not much to see.

The Eco-Safari tour at Forever Florida was a peaceful, informative, relaxing, enjoyable outing for my family. Our tour guide was extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge and pointed out some of the wild life we did encounter. Participating in the Safari tour was also an opportunity to see all the other options available at Forever Florida, the horse back riding, the zip lines and of course eating lunch, grass fed burgers!! Florida is so much more than great beaches and this was a perfect way to appreciate Florida's history. Looking forward to returning to Forever Florida soon.

Learned about local wildlife from knowledgeable locals--alligators, tortoises, panthers, original Spanish cattle, etc. Good vehicles, good people, and enjoyable day.

The trip was OK, the guide was great. But we were not lucky to see a lot of animals.

We were spoilt as there were only 6 of us for this tour but we enjoyed every minute of it. I particularly loved the fact that we were all encouraged to watch out for wildlife and our guide was informative as well as amusing. This is a very peaceful place and a taste of something very different to the theme parks

We enjoyed the tour but were expecting to see more of the animals as promoted in the brochure, the tour guide has never seen the puma and rarely the bobcat so false advertising is wrong

The people that work at Eco-Safari were very nice and full of information. The grounds are nice and we learned a great deal about field burning. We only saw a few animals in the wild but it was a very cold day. The tape at the beginning was very long and made us quite sad!
