The guide was excellent - Madeleine shared a lot of info. She and the company were very accommodating when we decided to change our trip. _br/_ The reason I am not giving five stars is the van - it was very difficult to get in and out we were the last to be picked so, were on the last seat in the back - Madeleine she was driving and explaining but the van didn't have a mic and speakers in the back so, it was very hard to hear her even though she tried really hard. _br/_ Otherwise, lovely experience

This was a very nice tour it was exactly as described. I would say that the savings on this package is significant, compared to purchasing each part a la carte from Wild Florida, especially considering lunch is included with this package and you know how expensive that can be oh, and it was a delicious lunch, they do a great job with the pulled pork as well as a free tourist photo you know the kind Disney etc. charges 20 or so for. Plus, they picked us up, so no need to use GPS and worry about finding the place, parking, and all those sorts of hassles.

It was advertised as a 10 hour trip but was only 7 hrs. We were picked up at 08:50 just after breakfast but then had lunch at 11:30 which was rushed to catch the show at 12:00. Mike and the other guides were very good and knowledgeable .The Boat ride and the truck ride were good even though we did not see any Crocks. We had a good day just needed a bit more time

Would recommend this to anyone. Lovely clean, well presented area. Our guide on the air-boat Captain Alec was great, and we spotted 7 Gators, some Buzzards, and 2 Bald Eagles._br/_ The animal and reptile area is spacious and very clean, the lunch good, and the Ranch tour very interesting.
