See the "real" Florida with thousands of alligators, animals and birds. Enjoy exciting one-of-a-kind reptilian shows, and splish n' splash at Gator Gully Splash Park where kids of all ages can cool off on those hot summer days. It's all included in a day of fun at Gatorland, Orlando's best half day attraction!
Gatorland Orlando is a 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve, combining old Florida charm with exciting, new exhibits and entertainment. The park opened as a roadside attraction in 1949. Known internationally as the "Alligator Capital of the World", Gatorland Orlando today provides affordable priced family fun with thousands of alligators and crocodiles, a breeding marsh with boardwalk and observation tower, one-of-a-kind reptilian shows, miniature water-park, aviary, petting zoo, educational programs and much, much more.
See "Itinerary" below for list of attractions at Gatorland.
Upgrade your General Admission to include on of the following:
Trainer for a Day Program: In addition to admission to the park you'll also get a glimpse into what it takes to be able to work with and around dangerous animals. The day starts with an introductory course that includes safety procedures, handling exercises and basic behavioral animal training.
Now it's time for a hands-on training session with one of the reptile experts. This up-close interaction includes a chance to learn all about crocodilians and an opportunity to test your skills at croc wrangling! Experience may range from moving large alligators and crocodiles to assisting a reptile trainer in daily activities.
Screamin' Gator Zip Line: Glide along 1,200 feet (365 meters), seven stories in the air and over the Gatorland alligator and crocodile marsh! Not only will you have a birds-eye view of breeding alligators and crocodiles, but you'll have a scenic view above the treetops as you fly through the air. The highlight of your zipline experience will be flying over the alligator breeding marsh, where 130 alligators will watch you fly above them!

This was a really neat place tucked away from all the noise of Orlando's main drag. There are many different exhibits where you can see gators at all different stages of their life as well as different birds and reptiles.

Gatorland is an Orlando tradition! They have a ton of gators, but the setting is so natural & serene that it attracts many other animals to the grounds. It was pretty cool to see the leucistic gators - white gators with blue eyes! you don't see that too often!

We had a 5 hour layover through Orlando. This was only a 15 minute ride from the airport. Nice place to see wild animals from Florida. Plenty to see and do. The train was nice but does cost an extra few bucks. Should be included with your admission. All in all a nice way to kill a few hours in Orlando.

We had a lot of fun here. My only comment is that when we went to watch the Gator Wrestling show the performers don't move around a lot so that everyone gets a chance to see some of the show. We sent the whole show with their backs to us so the kids were frustrated and disappointed.

Wanted to do something different in FL rather then do the same Disney parks. Found Gatorland online and thought it would be something different. We had a blast! We did all the shows which were fun to see and then did the Zip lining over the alligators. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend Gatorland to everyone.

We enjoyed gatorland. It was fun and exciting, but the directions on the website were hurrible. They said to go to exit 27 on either I 4 east or west. After driving for and an hour we were told that there was no exit 27. We tried using alternative routes, and that twisted us around more. A simple 15 to 30 minute drive from the hotel, cost precious time, money in gas and also money in tolls. We left the hotel at 11 and never found gatorland until, 4 pm. But the attendants we nice enough to tell us our tickets could be used the following days. The long and short is that the directions needs to be revamped, and calling gatorland was unsuccessful, no one answered the phone, or even returned our numerous calls or messages._br/_

Everything at Gatorland was fine.. The temperature was cold, so the gators were not cooperative. They just wanted to lay in the sun.

Gatorland is a wonderful venue for families. The park is kept super clean and the inter active events are well run, exciting and FUN FUN FUN! The Gator encounter/ with picture, was a highlight for our G-kids. Loved it! We have been enjoying this place for 50 plus years. Since we live only 75 miles away. I'm sure more trips are in our future. The ZIP line has caught our eye too! Cheers, Lee and Marlene

A really good half day excursion. Great to wander around and some really good shows too. You get the chance to feed the alligators hot dog sausages for a reasonable fee! There is also a new abseilling/zip wire adventure which we booked to go on. Just before we were due to zip between the first two of 7 towers, there was a tremendous thunder and lightening storm. This delayed the experience but the guide was in constant contact with the Safety Officers deciding whether it was safe to proceed. Eventually it was decided that the zip wire would have to be cancelled but we were offered alternative times/dates or a full refund. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Another good half/day out with lots of little extra things you can do at a small cost which normally you never get the chance to, also breaks up the parks
