After docking back at shore, end your day with a visit to South Beach, a lively neighborhood in the city of Miami Beach. The neon strip of waterfront is famous for its Art Deco district and its white sandy beach. Everything listed regarding the trip came true. Our driver/tour guide was very helpful with every step of the way. The suggestions were taken and they were very much appreciated. Examples included where to eat, where to shop, driving to Miamiso I didn't have to, driving around the city, and finally what to look for along the way. _br/_ The only suggestion I would have would be to have a cooler filled with bottled water.

This tour was everything I wanted it to be, got collected early 6.30am on sat morn lovely tour guide Lisa, got handed a fab breakfast and then off we went, double decker bus and the kids had movies on it. Everglades was amazing, 5Star service and also Miami! You absolutely made our day.

This tour was absolutely incredible. I live in an Eastern coastal city but nothing can beat the electric, chilled out, 'living the life' vibe that Miami has.. I had a limited amount of time on my trip to Florida and wanted to do it all in one day. This tour certainly delivered, from a boat cruise to the Island of the rich and famous to the airboat ride through the Everglades searching for aligators. All of our tour guides were exceptional, striking the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus ride to and from Miami was comfortable and smooth. The breakfast offered was basic but satifying. There is only one stop on the way to Miami and back but this is sufficient, as the ride was 3-3.5 hours there and back. This tour is suitable for all ages and I encourage you to go just remember your sunscreen and a towel because you will definitely be sinking your toes into the sand.

We had a wonderful day! It was a very full day and the highlight for us was the airboat ride. Also loved the Miami cruise. If anything I felt we had a little bit too long in South Beach, but I understand that some people may want to swim and the time allocated would allow for that.

Very long and rushed day which started off with the coach being over booked so passengers had to get off, with Paul from Florida Dophin Tours publicly blaming Thomas Cook for the error...bit unprofessional really. We had been up since 4:30am to be ready for a 6am pickup which didn't set off till nearly 7am!

Despite a hurricane warning in place just a day prior, and the weather forecasting thunder and lightning storms, our tour operator decided to go to the Everglades although we were unable to experience anything there was a thunder cell came through. I felt this was only because that way, we would be unable to ask for our money back as we did not go to the Everglades.

Great tour offering excellent value for money. Our guide, Madeline, was very knowledgeable and a great entertainer. The pick-up and drop-off were on time. The breakfast was basic, but just enough to give us energy for the day. The tour started with an enjoyable boat ride at the Everglades and we were lucky enough to spot an alligator on a very warm day. Then we had 2h to visit South Beach, which was enough to have a walk to the beach and see the most important highlights of the area. Madeline gave us a comprehensive cheat sheet which helped us make best use of our time. The tour ended with a delicious cuban meal recommended by our guide and a very nice cruise around Biscayne Bay. This tour is enough to get a taste of Miami. I wouldn't have been able to do all this on my own within one day. Really worth the money and perfect for solo travellers. Highly recommended.

A great day full of things to do. The beach was beautiful. The Everglades were great, although because it was a little cloudy and cool the alligators didn't really feel like coming out. But overall it was great and our tour guides made it better.

Delay on pick up resulted in a half hour wait outside in very cold conditions. The driver collecting us blamed just about everybody. It was very early in the morning and he was unnecessarily annoying.

Everything was great EXCEPT for a baby crying fussing often on the bus. People-- this is a 15 hour bus trip.!! It is hot humid and long! We had to be on the bus at 615am. What on God's green earth were they thinking??? Not about their child and not about all the people that PAID to go on this trip! Please make it a rule no one under 2 years old at least. Not the baby's fault.

Everything was good and organized I like it even my Mom but what is I don't like it about when I want to reschedule the time they said I have to pay for one more person which is not fear and the suet I have paid for it was empty. I asked about the manger number they don't want to give it to me.

Worst experience ever! The bus driver Fred was extremely rude and unprofessional! I was unsure about the timing to get back to the bus and double check with them regarding the timing. To my horror, in a condescending manner, Fred, gave me a long lecture and questioned why do I need to double check the timing and asked if I was unsure / insecure about myself? I've never felt so affected during a trip in my entire life and this was definitely an awful experience for me.

Truly exceptional tour - totally exceeded my every expectation. Clark our guide and driver really set the bench mark on guided tours, from the pick up at sunrise until drop off at home he was superb. Nicky the relief driver kept it smooth for the sleep on the way home. Bob the air-boat captain was really enthralling and the tour of the bay in Miami finished a superb day. Tour was great even though it was a long drive to Miami. The time at the Sawgrass alligator park could have been a bit longer but the tour overall was great. Even though the ride was long we watched movies. The tour guide Clark was great. He made the whole day interesting and fun

Our tour guide Clark was an awesome tour guide, its a long day but well worth it, a lot of variety packed into one day, we are a family of four and received a good experience of Miami Beach where there was enough time to shop, walk along the beach and cafes and have lunch, the Everglades air boat is a must and we saw wild alligators, the alligators demonstration was excellent and we held a baby alligator, the cruise to the star homes and islands at the end was the highlight.

It is a long day but it's worth it. Don't be put off by the long journey, you can watch a movie on the bus plus you get a break. The breakfast you get is really good and you can buy drinks from the driver for a dollar. Everglades is fantastic the alligators come really close to the airboat and we got to hold a baby alligator! We then headed to Miami you will get free time to have a look around, get something to eat and head to south beach. Your guide will give you a map and advise you of places to go and where the meet up point is. After this we headed to Bayside for our cruise which was fantastic! We then had more time to look around Bayside Market Place. Our guide Clark was brilliant! If I ever get the opportunity to do this again I would!

Brilliant day. Very long but worth it if this is going to be your only chance to see Miami. Everglades was awesome with 3 alligator sightings and one so close it was eyeballing me! Great informative talks too. The time in Miami is enough to walk the boardwalk, have a quick dip or sit and have a drink and watch the world go by or a walk round the shops in downtown Miami. We checked out Miami ink straight off, then walked down to the sea and along that boardwalk with the roller skaters, cyclists and skateboarders - lots of beautiful, colourful people. Then we walked back along Ocean Drive past the restaurants and where Versace was sadly murdered, checking out some of the Art Deco. Picked up and off for food at Bayside and then for a cruise round the bay looking at how the rich and famous live. Long time on the coach with AC so make sure you have warm clothes for the journey. Get your drinks for a dollar from the driver. Clark our guide and Dennis our driver were very friendly.

Amazing! The breakfast was simple yet delicious. Everglades, South Beach and Bayside Market place all exceeded my expectations; I had an absolute blast. The drivers and your guide went above and beyond. It was a bit of a long day but well worth it.
