Daylight savings time caused issues I believe. I had to notify them that there was no 2:50 am which is the time they insisted on picking us up for a 6:15 am flight because it could take up to an hour to get to the hotel with other pickups. They changed pick up to 3:20 am. Received a text that they would be sending a car with the car number. When it was 3:30 am I called because there was no car. No one answered, just a recording that someone would be with me momentarily. The car finally arrived before someone answered. The ride from that point was ok but we were at the airport 40 minutes before the Southwest ticket window opened at 4:30.

When phoning the company about what time we would be picked they had no record of our booking at all. We had to make another booking to be picked up, but the driver accepted our pre paid voucher. If I had no phoned to check we would not have been picked up.

My driver was right on time and he was friendly, he made sure everyone made it to their destination on time. This service is very reliable. Only gave four because the ticket verification has a little bit of kinks that need working out the driver will ask for a number that starts with 4 if you book online it will not have this and he has to call in to verify.

I was told where to be picked up at Disney Animal Kingdom for the departure transfer to my hotel. But The signs for the Shuttle van are CLEARLY not visible as there were no signs. The letters are written on the ground and I could not see them. They are especially not visible at night time. If this is the way it is at all the parks in Orlando you need to inform your travelers where to look for the signs. In addition, the van was late and I didn't know where to go or what to do.

Value for money but if you are staying in downtown Orlando be aware that as they don't service that area as often your pick ups could be a few hours before your flight departs e.g 4am for a 9am flight. But value for money.

My one large 35lb luggage was loaded under the bus, all was good. We waited a long time twice. When I departed bus, luggage was half open, zipper broken. Driver helped "unzip" and then "rezip" luggage. Then left. It was NOT broken when it was loaded. No apologies were given. Airlines provided tape to secure it for plane loading.

The driver asked me what airline we were going on and I told him West Jet. So he dropped us off on the' A" side. Trouble was West Jet is on the "B" side. Now I am 84 years old. At that time in the morning I could not find any carts available an I found it very difficult carrying my luggage from A side to B side. Needless to say I was not very happy . The driver could have dropped us off on the B side just as easy_br/_

Our transfer was organized for 10:10am so when it reached 10:45am and our transfer still hadn't arrived we decided to call the company to find out what was going on. They had thought we wanted "Continental Plaza Hotel" in Miami, rather than "Continental Plaza" in Orlando. I find it ridiculous that they didn't ask which city we were in if there's a Continental Plaza in 2 locations they service. Also seems weird since we called the local number in Orlando. Anyway, we were furious. I do commend the company though because they resolved the problem promptly. They very quickly sent us a taxi (it arrived about 5 minutes later) which we just had to fill out a form for the driver saying that the company was responsible for payment. In the end, we got to the airport on time and without paying any more money than we we had pre-paid... it was just a bit of a panic situation waiting for a transfer that never turned up.
Well done to the company for resolving the problem the way they did, but I think it is strange that they didn't ask for more information when we called them if there is more than one hotel with the same name.
