Brilliant service, took a little longer on the arrival trip as there were 3 other drop offs before us. Just us on the departure trip so no waiting. Overall a great inexpensive way to get the family and lots of luggage to and from the airport.

Driver was wonderful! The Orlando airport wasn't easy to maneuver---this is mostly related to Viator not being clear as to the process once I arrived. I had printed out the voucher as directed. No one at the Orlando airport knew anything about Viator. The voucher didn't have a customer service phone number on it. There were 4 pages that came up when I wanted to print it. So I only printed the voucher. The voucher should have more info on it._br/_ I had to google Viator on my phone to finally get the customer service number, then had to wait for an agent to get to my call. The nice person who answered didn't know about Orlando and kept getting off the line to ask questions. Finally she said I eeded to go to the locally named shuttle desk--Ah! That was what was missing._br/_ Then I waited another 30-40 minutes for the correct shuttle to arrive. An additional 1 hours that could have been resolved by adding a customer service number to the voucher, and the customer service agent to know what was needed.

It took quite awhile for the shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick us up, which wasn't fun after an 11 hour flight. But the shuttle back to the airport was great. It was on time and it went smoothly. The drivers were nice and they accommodated my wheelchair without an issue. Overall, I feel that they are trustworthy and I will definitely use their services again.

Mears is a large company. But to have people stand at an airport for 1 hour is not acceptable on the out bound trip. Then on the in boundtrip they picked us up at 4.30am for an 8am flight when it only took 25 minute back to the airport.

It was a shared transfer, so I thought we would have to wait for around atleast half an hour, but the services were quick and prompt. From the airport to our hotel, my friend and I only had to wait for 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the designated spot. On our way back to the airport from our hotel, we were not given clear instructions to wait outside our hotel, so we lounged around the lobby. 15 minutes after our designated time, we called the call center, and we were told that our shuttle already left, the driver did not even bother coming in and ask the reception. So, they sent another taxi Taxi 155 to pick us up. Since my friend and I had different flights, we had different terminals. My friend bought a separate voucher from mine. The driver of taxi 155 on 20th May 2016 1500 hrs, demanded that we need to give him a tip since my terminal is at B, and my friend is at A. We just gave him an extra USD 10, so we don't get any problems, and since we were already late. My friend and I met at the airport anyway after clearing security. I just hoped that the drivers don't have to demand for tips and wait for the passengers to give it to them. Overall, the service was okay.

Easy directions to redeem voucher for ticket. No wait to board shuttle. Several stops to pick up other passengers and deliver to other hotels. Probably a 30 minute difference if I had used a taxi directly to hotel. Return trip van was waiting at hotel minutes before scheduled time. Only two stops after that and then to airport for drop off at terminal. Minor inconvenience of time for the price of the round trip. Would definitely use again.

One of the cheapest ways to get to I Drive, the local transfer company is a large firm so no issues there. It is a fair wait to get into a shuttle we had to wait about 35 minutes, and it didnt even seem that busy, but i guess its not the end of the world.

Had to wait a while for bus to arrive to depart airport. Bus was reasonably comfy and driver polite. Overall would recommend for cheaper transportation than taxi but would probably choose a taxi next time.
