The rep was very good and I enjoyed my time, I paid the extra 30 to have a video of my experience whin ch was then sent to be online, you have 14 days to access the video but my rep did say he could allow extra if needed as we were on holiday and couldn't download until we got back to the UK. There were just a couple of issues, the address they give you takes you to a condo not the actual location, which is a park with a lake a little bit from the condo. There is no signage so had to make a call to find this out. The lake isn't as clean as they picture on here so I was disappointed with that. There is a walk way along the lake so friends/family can record your experience if wanted, however I think for the close-ups paying the extra is worth it. Overall I really enjoyed my time, but if you wear glasses you may want to think about taking googles.
