Everything listed regarding the trip came true. Our driver/tour guide was very helpful with every step of the way. The suggestions were taken and they were very much appreciated. Examples included where to eat, where to shop, driving to Miamiso I didn't have to, driving around the city, and finally what to look for along the way. _br/_ The only suggestion I would have would be to have a cooler filled with bottled water.

This tour was everything I wanted it to be, got collected early 6.30am on sat morn lovely tour guide Lisa, got handed a fab breakfast and then off we went, double decker bus and the kids had movies on it. Everglades was amazing, 5Star service and also Miami! You absolutely made our day.

This tour was absolutely incredible. I live in an Eastern coastal city but nothing can beat the electric, chilled out, 'living the life' vibe that Miami has.. I had a limited amount of time on my trip to Florida and wanted to do it all in one day. This tour certainly delivered, from a boat cruise to the Island of the rich and famous to the airboat ride through the Everglades searching for aligators. All of our tour guides were exceptional, striking the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus ride to and from Miami was comfortable and smooth. The breakfast offered was basic but satifying. There is only one stop on the way to Miami and back but this is sufficient, as the ride was 3-3.5 hours there and back. This tour is suitable for all ages and I encourage you to go just remember your sunscreen and a towel because you will definitely be sinking your toes into the sand.

We had a wonderful day! It was a very full day and the highlight for us was the airboat ride. Also loved the Miami cruise. If anything I felt we had a little bit too long in South Beach, but I understand that some people may want to swim and the time allocated would allow for that.

Very long and rushed day which started off with the coach being over booked so passengers had to get off, with Paul from Florida Dophin Tours publicly blaming Thomas Cook for the error...bit unprofessional really. We had been up since 4:30am to be ready for a 6am pickup which didn't set off till nearly 7am!

Despite a hurricane warning in place just a day prior, and the weather forecasting thunder and lightning storms, our tour operator decided to go to the Everglades although we were unable to experience anything there was a thunder cell came through. I felt this was only because that way, we would be unable to ask for our money back as we did not go to the Everglades.

Red our tour guide was excellent he was most helpful and always willing to help in any way he could from offering to take pictures or advice on where to go for good food or shopping as a matter of fact a few days later we bumped into him at the Kennedy space centre and took a picture of us

Great tour offering excellent value for money. Our guide, Madeline, was very knowledgeable and a great entertainer. The pick-up and drop-off were on time. The breakfast was basic, but just enough to give us energy for the day. The tour started with an enjoyable boat ride at the Everglades and we were lucky enough to spot an alligator on a very warm day. Then we had 2h to visit South Beach, which was enough to have a walk to the beach and see the most important highlights of the area. Madeline gave us a comprehensive cheat sheet which helped us make best use of our time. The tour ended with a delicious cuban meal recommended by our guide and a very nice cruise around Biscayne Bay. This tour is enough to get a taste of Miami. I wouldn't have been able to do all this on my own within one day. Really worth the money and perfect for solo travellers. Highly recommended.

A great day full of things to do. The beach was beautiful. The Everglades were great, although because it was a little cloudy and cool the alligators didn't really feel like coming out. But overall it was great and our tour guides made it better.

Delay on pick up resulted in a half hour wait outside in very cold conditions. The driver collecting us blamed just about everybody. It was very early in the morning and he was unnecessarily annoying.
