My daughter and I traveled for the weekend to Orlando to go to Harry Potter land at Universal. We had a blast! Harry Potter is best after dark as you really get the atmosphere that was so compelling in the books and there is a tremendous light show over Hogwarts. We purchased the basic 2 day 2 park ticket and through our hotel had the free benefit of early entry at 8 am before all the lines formed. However, we did have to upgrade our tickets to include park to park access and the ability to ride on the same rides as much as we wanted otherwise we could only go to one park per day and only ride each ride once . We also bought the express access so we didn't have to wait in the long lines. So ended up being over 800 for the both of us which may be cost prohibitive for most. there were some parts of the park where the rides were a little dated such as the Mummy and the Kong rides. but the Harry Potter rides were great!

Ticket kiosk is right at entrance. Have several girls with computers to help you. Easy. You need at least two days to see both Universal Parks. We spent one whole day visiting both parks and seeing several of the free live shows, but without taking any rides. The second day we bought express passes outrageously expensive but worth it and were able to take the six best rated rides within four hours. The more rides you take the less time you waste and the more value for your express ticket. Save more time by making ride plans in advance by location not preference

Getting our tickets at the Will Call kiosk was so simple and fast...just typed in our confirmation number and out popped our 4 tickets. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are fantastic - the rides here can't be beat with respect to the technology and thrills! Harry Potter fans - this is a can't miss experience and park to park tickets are a must if you want to take in the Hogwart's Express between Hogsmeade and London. Be aware - the experience is slightly different in each direction, so make a point of going back and forth between each station!

I booked the 3 day ticket for my two children and I. We had the most amazing time! The first morning it did take us a bit of time to get the tickets from the machines. In the end we had to get one of the helpful Universal staff to help us as the machine wouldn't recognise our booking. But it was all sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend staying in one of the universal hotels so you get to go in before everyone else and have the free transport to and from the hotel.

The redemption of our tickets was an absolute nightmare....when we got to the park, we followed the instructions on our voucher, but the kiosk could not find our tickets in their system. Feel very let down by you! We tried to get our park tickets and were left waiting for 1 and 1/2 hours due to an error by viator. When finally in the park it was nearly midday. We are planning to come back as a family in the near future but our experience has dampened our enthusiasm.

It was super easy and fast to get our tickets using the voucher. The price for what you get at Universal Orlando is extremely high for what you get. The lines were long and the wait time was long on all the good rides. The crowds were extreme. The food was ok but expensive and the service was poor. We liked Universal Studios in California a lot more.

I had a blast at Disney World. It was my first time visiting. I went to the Universal Studios and the Island of Adventure and I saw a few shows and I went on a few rides not the dramatic ones. I went to Downtown Disney and the Epcot. I had my face painted as a tiger, which I have never done before. I stayed at the Disney All-Star Sports Resort. It definitely will not be the last time I will go to Disney World.

The Harry Potter experience at Universal Studios was was awe-inspiring & surreal experience! We loved walking through Ollivander's wand shop and going through the wizardly selection of choosing a wand. We ended up selecting Professor Severus Snape wand. Having selected the interactive wand I was able cast spells at a variety of locations in Hogwarts. We also too the train to Island of Adventure and experienced the additional Harry Potter land, and the interactive experiences there. Had a wonderful experience that was truly delightful.

Even though the value was a great price for 2. The process me and my girlfriend had to go through was horrible. Our information was not in the system, we were notified that Viator switched their systems over to make things more convenient but in the process messing our experience up. Also we were not allowed to go to one of the featured parks that was a part of the package. Could have been so much better if things were in order.
