After booking, you will be provided with contact details for your personal assistant so you can have your complimentary pre-arrival consultation. On your selected date of travel, you'll meet your assistant at the park of your choice and start navigating like a pro. These Walt Disney World experts will be there to ensure you are spending less time in lines and more time having fun. Your family will be moving through the parks and enjoying the rides as if they have been there hundreds of times before. You will never need to ask for directions to your next ride or wonder where a bathroom might be.
Your assistant will double as your guide providing you and your family interesting facts, park secrets and the history behind your favorite rides as you make your way around. Having troubles finding hidden Mickey's? Don't worry, your assistant can point those out along with other special details you may not have caught on your own.
Personal assistant services will also be provided while at the parks. Services can include standing in line for food or refreshments, waiting for stroller rentals or standing in line at gift shops so that you don't have to. They will also carry your items for you, keep you on schedule and take care of making changes and adjustments to your itinerary. If there is something you need help with, they are ready to help.
If you are traveling with children, this service is a big bonus. Your personal park assistant, a qualified care giver and expert at knowing how to help make a child's Disney dreams come true, can assist with everything from changing diapers to keeping track of energetic teenagers. Perhaps you want to ride the "big" rides and need someone to entertain your child so you can enjoy Space mountain. Please note: you may choose from 3-, 6- or 9 hours packages. Price is valid for up to six (6) guests. Price does not include admission to Walt Disney World. Additional time may be purchased based on availability. Park-hopping is allowed for 6- or 9-hour packages.

This was a first trip for me and my two kids 5 and 8 year olds to Disneyworld. Having our guide for our first day at Magic Kingdom was the best decision ever. We had the guide come with us for 6 hour-option followed by two days of 3 hour option, and it truly changes the experience you might have had. The agency booked our tickets and fast passes for the days with the guide they also provide bottled water and grocery delivery to the resort/hotel, and the guide took care of the lines, restroom or restaurant location, and much more. Since I could not take my 8 yo on some of the rides, and leave not-big-enough my 5 yo to fend for herself, it was awesome to have a second adult to take him on Splash mountain and other attractions, while I tool the little one to those good for her age.
