Very well organized. Skipping the line to get into the Eiffel Tower is a must, the lines are super long if you don't. Dinner was great, after we walked the tower. We decided not to go up to the next level and I don't think we missed much other than the long line to get there. The Seine Cruise was awesome specially at night, the weather was perfect. We loved it and would do it again!!

The vendor does not have a functioning phone to call. My family and I waited under the foot of the Tower for almost 2 hours waiting for the contact person. I left my phone on but no one called me. When the kiosk for the Dinner Ticket opened for business, the person selling ticket does not have idea about us and just told us to wait outside the kiosk. It was raining and good thing we have our hoodie and raincoat.

This is a good option if the direct site doesnt have anymore reservations available. The food was good and the buses were comfortable. However, the boat tour was HUGE. You were with about 200-250 people on it. You had to scramble for a seat.

This was recommended by a friend and we booked it prior arriving in Paris. The event was nicely coordinated and timed so that by the end _br/_ of the evening we were able to see the Effel Tower lite up ! The food at the resturant was good and they accommodated my daughter for a food intolerance.We enjoyed the river cruise but would have enjoyed a bit more narritive as to some of the structures we were sailing past._br/_ Glad we took this tour and would reccommend it !!!

Directions on where to meet bus were very confusing!!! We went to Eiffel Tower first._br/_ The dinner was very nice, well done. The boat tour- not so much. Very long wait in the rain-over 45 minutes. They combined last 2 departure times so boat was packed- not worth it.

the dinner and cruise themselves were great, but the guide seemed clueless and didn't know where to go. The extra security and construction around the eiffel tower had been up for awhile, and the guide acted like she didn't know it was there, and had to call 2 people to get directions on where to walk, causing our group of 15 to be following around behind her as she tried to find where she was going.

This is a hard one to rate. First they never told us the meeting location was an actual office. so we and others missed the bus. They said it happens ALL the time!! They then told us if we wanted to catch up we had to take a taxi, which was another 25 Euros. When we got to the Tower which the surrounding area is all under construction it took us a while to just cross the street. When we finally caught up to the group for dinner, which was lovely. the view is wonderful. The the cruise. really all they are doing it getting you tixs for the cruise, there was no guide to tell you what you were passing by. it was a little chaotic. so the whole bus not waiting and having to pay extra for a taxi, , then having to find them at the tower, and then the disappointing cruise made the experience less than relaxing.

This was a lovely evening on a beautiful night. Everything went smoothly, and we were ushered into a separate line at the Eiffel Tower and went straight up right away. The dinner was very nice and they even accommodated my onion allergy by preparing my food separately. I wouldnt say the food was memorable but was good, however the experience truly was. So beautiful everywhere you look. The boat cruise was also very nice. You just get a ticket and go over on your own whenever you want. The light show at the Eiffel Tower is spectacular and the boat passes on the hour just as it happens. My only complaint is that this tour is extremely overpriced. When I looked at the price of the dinner/boat cruise purchased separately, it was significant I would expect a reasonable markup.

This is a fantastic tour. We met at the tour site and boarded a bus. We had a brief guided tour as we made our way to the Eiffel Tower. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke several languages. When we arrived at the Eiffel Tower, we had special passes that allowed us to enter right away - that was awesome because there was a HUGE line waiting to get in. We made our way to the lift, which is a quick 3 minute or so ride and once we arrived on the 1st floor we went straight to the restaurant. We were seated immediately, and served immediately. Dinner consisted of a 3 course meal, with wine and dessert and it was good. We then had the option to go to the 2nd or even the top floor of the Tower or leave and go on the cruise. We could also use our cruise ticket the next day if we wanted too. We chose to go to the gift shop and then go on the cruise an hour later. The cruise is also a must - I suggest going on the cruise twice! We went at night and it was spectacular. We also went on a different tour and took the cruise in the morning and it was wonderful and very quiet - not much of a crowd at 9 am. This tour is worth ever dime!

Disinterested guide who sole aim was to get the activity over as quick as possible. No sweeping views. An average meal. The commentary device on the cruise did not work on the boat. It was unclear at the end of the boat trip what to do so we left and walked to where we were staying. Weather can prevent the cruise from happening and dining is in large group. The restaurant is not at the top of the tower. This tour includes other tour groups so timings for activities revolves around these tours. Think twice before booking.

Sorry to say, but this was an atrocious experience. Left standing outside in the cold for hours waiting for entry, only to be told that restaurant was closed. Anniversary Dinner! Anniversary Night! The big crescendo to a magical trip, and nothing!! Repeated calls and emails all while standing in the cold, no real help supplied until long after the event was scheduled to start. VERY POORLY HANDLED!!

There is no menu. You get whatever they want to serve you. Food was ok but it was very uncomfortable as the tables are VERY close to each other. They rush you out as soon as they see you are finished. Beautiful restaurant. I suggest you just make lunch reservations better view in the daytime directly - you'll save and have menu options. Boat tour just a cheesy, but enjoyable, repast.

The meal was okay but the staff at the restaurant was excellent and accommodating when we did not like something and offered to substitute. Where to start? An extremely rude woman in the ticket booth, no one knows where our respective guides are meeting us for our elegant dinner, so we are wandering around looking for people until one man from Paris City tours finally got to someone on the phone who said he would be there in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later he shows up, gathers the group of us, and we get there and people have on sneakers and street wear ! Both of which are clearly discouraged in the advertising._br/_ The meal was rushed, no one took the time to discuss the meals we were having and the whole thing was a gigantic waste of time and money! Never again

We went to the eiffel tower on a rainy night that wasnt the fault of the company of course. It was miserably wet and cold their was a lot of traffic and took over and hour to go for a what should have been a fifteen minute drive. The food was average and well of course we couldnt see anything we also found that we were left in the rain when we could have been quickly put under cover easily. The river cruise was ok

Beautiful views and meal on the first level of the Eiffel Tower. Loved the whole experience. However, we were disappointed we had not enough information prior to the trip. We did not know we would have to find our way back to accommodation from the tower over an hour walk, assumed, wrongly, that we would end where we started. Also did not know about strict security checks like an airport check, one person lost their pocket knife this way. _br/_ We also did not know the River cruise could be done at a separate time, it didn't matter, but would have been nice to know to plan things around it.

My wife and I enjoyed our evening on this tour. The meal was good but we were seated with a couple from Australia. While we had a great conversation, we were in the middle of the restaurant and did not get a great appreciation of the beautiful views. We had been on a Seine river cruise before and thoroughly enjoyed this second cruise, particularly as the evening progresses and we arrive back to the fully-lit Eiffel Tower

I could not be more pleased. I was unfortunately the raveling and using crutches the guides made sure that I did not screw.They looked our for me and my wife every step of the ways making sure that I was acxcomadted at the bus, the Eiffel Tower, the river cruise and more. The restaurant was nice but the food, surprisingly, was mediocre. There were no choices of meals on this tour, chicken only in our case along with appetizer and dessert. The restaurant menu does have other options if you go on your own and make reservations. The river cruise after dinner was very nice, taking you down to Notre Dame and then back.

We really enjoyed our Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise. Food was great and we met some nice people. Only criticism would be that the meal was very rushed, 3 courses in just over one hour!. However, we understand that we were on the first sitting and there was another after us. Maybe better arriving at the Eiffel tower at 6 pm and out by 8. Would give a little mote time to enjoy the experience. Apart from this I would recommend this tour. Being on a tour gives the ability to skip the very long cue lining up at the entrance.

When we got to the Eiffel Tower for dinner it was not till 7pm approximately.We had a security check so we had to wait a bit which is understandable.What was not pleasant was they rushed us through our dinner.My wife had not finished her first course when the waiter came and took her plate away.They served us very quickly and they were quick to take your plate away.The meal was good.We had a very good table by the window with another very nice couple we met.We then had to be at pier 3 for the boat cruise at 835 approximately.We enjoyed the cruise.That was the spoiler for this one ,the rushed dinner.

I will note that the actual cruise on the river was FANTASTIC and I would recommend you do that for sure.there are plenty other vendors you can choose from_br/_ HOWEVER the actually dinner experience by the way is NOT CHEAP one expects better service and experience for the amount you pay._br/_ I won't recommend them at all this might just be the actual company that subcontracts but I would for sure do a little more home work before just spending this kind of money - 1st they overbooked and cancelled our lunch date then they rebooked us for a much higher price for a dinner experience, it just put unnecessary stress on our travel.

We booked this tour 2 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. We booked again to celebrate our sons 25th birthday. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!! We arrived at the restaurant, were rushed to seats, Our food came out rapid fire and the photo we wanted we never had a chance to see and was never emailed.

We had a lovely 2016 Thanksgiving dinner and will treasure the memories forever. Unfortunately due to traffic we were late arriving for the tour bus, but the staff was very helpful to get us to our destination and our tour guide Nadia was friendly and accommodating. We decided not to do the river cruise till the next day, but since we had a small luggage bag we could not take the cruise. However we would still recommend this experience to everyone wanting a great tour.

This was a great way to begin our first evening in Paris. The dinner at the Eiffel Tower was good not great - but good. Dessert was great, but the scenery stole the show. We saw the sunset while eating dinner. The cruise was lovely and magical. I would have liked to hear a guided tour, but that was only available downstairs inside and the evening was too lovely to be inside.
