On this guided Prague sightseeing tour, your driver will take you to the city’s famous sites, like the State Opera, National Museum and Wenceslas Square. Admire the statue of St Wenceslas, the patron saint of Bohemia. Then, continue across Charles Square along the banks of the River Vltava to Charles Bridge, the Rudolfinum, and across the river to Prague Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll have the opportunity to walk around the castle courtyards, where you will see St Vitus Cathedral, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Visit the Royal Palace and Golden Lane, the legendary place of the mysterious alchemists. Your coach will then take you across the River Vltava to the Old Town, where you’ll pass through the former Jewish Quarter. In the Old Town Square, see the St Nicholas Church, the Tyn Cathedral and the historical Old Town Hall with its world-famous astronomical clock and 12 apostles dating back to 1410. Conclude your tour near the modern city center.

This tour has potential....but it all starts with the tour guide. This was our first trip ever that we experienced two terrible Viator tours, and we really believe it was the terrible guide in both places. Budapest too_br/_ It was our first time in Prague, and after an incredible river cruise with incredible tour guides we had this tour. First, she had to repeat everything in German due to the one German tourist. The 4 remaining tourists all thought they booked an English speaking tour. She raced through information as she had to repeat in German. She would then just stop talking and provide no information. When she was speaking in English, she was so unenthusiastic about Prague, hardly a representative for excited tourists._br/_ Up at the palace area, she suggested we stop for a coffee. When we did, she asked if we had any questions about Prague in general. We asked if there was a place she could suggest that we buy tickets for live music that night. She rudely responded I dont know. I am not aware of anything going on. I responded there is a music hall right across from where she picked us up. I also asked why they promote they are a city of music if she says there is nothing going on. Just a blank stare in return.... By the way, we found an entire office that has tickets for music concerts all over the city. WE had a choice of 6 events to choose from for concerts that night._br/_ On our way to the clock Tower, she then dragged us into a gift shop. Only the one German tourist was interested in shopping suddenly, and she was helping him shop for a ring. She was pushing him to buy the necklace too, very aggressive and clearly gets a kick back. After 20 minutes in a small store we were all showing our frustration. Even the tourist shopping said he felt it was overpriced and would wait, she poorly hid her anger over us not buying anything. We felt sorry for the German tourist as after he decided not to purchase she basically just walked alone and left him alone the rest of the tour. Shocking to witness..._br/_ Poor information provided. We learned more from friends at a cafe about the famous clock tower that had just finished a professional tour. The only time she cracked a smile was at the end when she wanted a tip._br/_ Waste of time and money... the worst tour ever.

Our guide was a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady. The tour took in all the sights mentioned on the website with brief stops where our guide explained the history behind each of them. She was very efficient and made sure that everyone remained with her and was very clear on where and when to meet after short stops for photographs or drinks. Highly Recommended.

This would have been more enjoyable if the guide acted like she enjoyed what she did, although it could have been the cold weather. She breezed us through place after place, appeared irritated when some in the tour group took pictures and the tour was done an hour and a half earlier than scheduled.

The tour and guide was excellent however the guide although gave us good history and sightseeing was walking too fast and never looked back as we were both parciatly sighted we were finding difficult to see him and at one place we lost him. My mobile should have been taken by guide in case we list

Great way to get the most information and sightseeing in Prague! The walking half of the tour starts at the Prague Castle. The castle itself and the views from the castle are amazing! Then you walk down into Prague and past many souvenir shops. You do get to pit stop at the Lennon Wall and walk across The Charles Bridge. The last stop is the Clock. , It was well worth it!

This tour was okay. You saw most of the city by bus so you really didn't get to see as many things up close and personal in the old city area as you would like. Then we stopped at Prague Castle which was great. I enjoyed seeing the sites and hearing the history of the castle. Then you have to walk back to the city center via Charles Bridge so it's a pretty long walk. There were lots of older people on this tour and I would not recommend this if you are not relatively fit. I really liked our tour guide Alishka ? she was intelligent, charming and funny. If you really have your heart set on seeing Prague Castle this is a good tour, otherwise I would find another walking tour that gives you more of the sites of this beautiful city.

Good intro to Prague. Guide was pleasant. The best part was the walking part. It was difficult to see out if the bus. The walking part was mostly down hill so easy for an average person. Prague is not really a good walking city for a handicapped tourist. All streets are cobblestones.

Hi this tour is mentioned of bus tour but its only for 1 hour bus and 2 hrs walking, if anybody cant walk continously please do not take this tour. I am very disappointed cos it was not mentioned that we have to walk non stop for 2 hours. The tour guide was very helpful. He had full knowledge and was speaking english very well.

My teenage daughters ages 14 and 17 thoroughly enjoyed this tour, and so did I. Our tour guide, Sabi, was extremely knowledgable and always found time to answer questions that anyone had. We did this tour on our first full day in Prague so that we would know where we should focus our time and attention during the remainder of our stay. I highly recommend others also do this to get the most out of your stay in Prague.

I am sure the whole tor would have been great but we had to say goodbye to the guide as half the tour was walking down a steep hill and may stairs and one of the people in our group was in a wheelchair. When booking the tour I had told the person on the phone about the wheelchair and they said the bus only first 45 minutes had the room for the chair. And walking would be fine around the palaces with the chair. Then the guide said, I will have to say good bye since you will have to take another street to get down. There was steep walking and steps and the we wouldn't be able to walk. No other arrangements were made. The walk down was almost a 45 angle down a cobblestone street. We were lucky we found a few people to help with the chair to help bring it down safely. We paid for a 3 plus hour tour for 4 people and got about half of it - very disappointed to not have seen all the sights and not be told this should not be the tour with someone who would not be able to walk the entire time.

A good tour of Prague, typical of a tour with the bus ride going to different pick-up sites and then walking to see the details of items. I am a solo female traveler and it was helpful to explore the city with a small group. If it's summer I recommend a bottle of water and small snacks. Walking is over cobblestones up/down lots of stairs so be prepared with good shoes. Tour guide was VERY good and ensured we were always relatively close. I liked the parts where he would tell us about the area and then let us explore in different directions for 10-20 mins and then we'd come back to a meeting spot and move to the next location. Good tour!

Overall the tour was interesting and our guide, Eva, was very nice and well versed in the history of Prague. I had only wished we would see more of Prague, and visited more attractions and less time at Prague Castle. My recommendation is that you either book this tour or the 'Prague Castle and Castle Walking District Walking Tour' during your trip, but not both. If you are more into factual history, this tour is more for you.

Great tour, but we felt a little rushed throughout the whole experience. We could not shop for souvenir shopping or treats. Also note that, while we were able to go into the Prague Castle compound, the tour didn't actually let us go into the cathedral or any of the buildings inside. In any case, it was adequate for the price we got a good cursory look at the city.

Great way to get the most information and sightseeing in Prague! The first hour of the tour was in a bus. It was so nice! You are able to see more of Prague than just the Downtown area. Then the walking half of the tour starts at the Prague Castle. The castle itself and the views from the castle are amazing! Then you walk down into Prague and past many souvenir shops. You do get to pit stop at the Lennon Wall and walk across The Charles Bridge. The last stop is the Clock. Our tour ran a bit longer than normal, however, it was well worth it. But I do suggest bringing water and snacks. There is a good amount of walking.

Great introduction to Prague and the guide Eva was good. I think thought that in the tour information you should mention that it is a bit of a walk back from the castle - there were people on the tour who found it difficult to walk back so far. I also thought that the tour would include at list a bit of the inside of the castle building itself. But overall a good introduction to Prague in a short time. Thanks. We did not really enjoy this tour could not understand the guide didn't even get her name we lost her halfway through the tour my husband stopped to take a couple of pictures next thing we know the group was gone guess she didn't care that we had got separated no attempt to notice how many were in group then we had to find our own way back to hotel which wasn't easy since we had no clue to where we were would not recommend this tour. Very disappointing

This is a well established tour.The scheduled tour guide had some sor t of problem and the company quickly arranged for a very capable replacement.The guide was very knowledgeable. the tour consisted of a drive through the city and then a walk through the castle and back into the old town square. It covered many points. my complaint was that the drive was so fast that as we passed various sights there was not time even to take a photo. The tour did provide a very good introduction to Prague and the centre of the city is so small that one could easily go back and see anything in more detail if they so desired.

We enjoyed looking at all the sights and being able to know what everything is by name but, I felt like it was too rush, rush. I felt like If we stopped to take a quick picture, we would loose the group and we did loose them a couple times, but it could have been because there was SO many people all around as well.

The tour was good in that the first part was a drive around to see how the city was laid out, and the different sections. The second part was a walking tour. Unfortunately there was a group of four in our group, one of who was in a narrow tire push wheelchair. Although I totally understand the needs of someone physically impaired, this was NOT the tour for her. As a result, we had to constantly wait, and the tour was altered, resulting in seeing only a small portion of what was advertised. The tour company should make it clear this is a walking tour over 80 cobblestones and mobility is key. They should have provided another option for this group of four, which of course deserves the opportunity of such a tour. As a result the day was quite a disappointment.

It was amazing to see the bridge and the castle this way! Our incredible guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. My only criticism was that the tour took three times as needed based on the fact that she had to translate everything she said in three different languages. Also.. the description of the tour made it seem as if it were a bus tour when in fact it was mostly a walking tour. We had to carry our bags with us the whole time which was quite exhausting.

It was a good tour and the guide was really good, but we did not have any time to enjoy the sites at all. If we stopped to take a picture the guide walked away. Maybe the full day tour would have been a better option
