We learned so much about Quebec City. Very knowledgeable guide. Perfect amount of walking and stopping to admire and learn about the architecture.

We had a wonderful tour of this old city, conducted by a knowledgeable informative guide. The instructions to the meeting place were good and we were able to walk there in a short period. I would caution that the tour starts in the upper city and if you opt, as we did, to walk rather than take the funicular it is a quite steep uphill walk. The tour begins in the upper city and ends in the lower city, but we still had several uphill strolls.

Roberto gave us a great tour of the city. While we were only supposed to have a two hour tour, he spent three hours telling us about this beautiful city.

Our guide Simon was knowledgeable and dedicated and made our tour absolutely fascinating with his insights and real interest in Quebec. Also it's a very picturesque and historical centre.

What a wonderful 2 hours touring this city with a great guide. She gave just enough information to keep the tour interesting. The Quebec Marathon was going on while we were there so the streets in Old Town were very empty, giving us lots of time to walk through the streets. The guide also told us about the inexpensive ferry that runs across the harbor -- a great way to take pictures of the Chateau Frontenac and the skyline from the water.

We were recently in Quebec City on a cruise and booked this tour independently from the cruise line. I'm happy to report that the tour was wonderful and the price was about half of what we would have paid had we booked through the cruise! Getting to the meeting place was very easy. Our guide, Charlotte, was amazing. She was full of pertinent and interesting information regarding her beautiful city. The tour is described on the website as being 2 hours but our tour was 2 hours and 35 minutes - not a problem, but good to know. Also the website description of a Leisurely downhill path from beginning to end is not exactly right. We went UP quite a few stairs in different areas, and up hills as well. So, it's not exactly what we expected... a walk downhill most of the way. It was a warm day and we failed to bring water with us, but there honestly was no time to stop to buy a bottle of water, nor was there any chance for a bathroom break luckily, we didn't need one. I mention this because if you are older or have mobility issues, you need to know how the tour works. We are 65 and not in horrible shape, but not super-fit either. We would have loved more than a 30 second rest, sitting on a wall in a park, along the way. All that being said, we loved the tour, loved getting to see Quebec City, and thought Charlotte was an exceptional guide. Also the price was very fair. I do believe however that the description of leisurely down hill path is not necessarily representative of this tour and particularly folks with mobility or stamina issues need to know this.

Better instructions should be given on ways to get to the upper city originating point.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to-listen-to, and fun. Learned a lot about Quebec City. The trip was for two hours and unfortunately, it lasted 3 1/2 hours without any kind of food or bathroom break. Some of the people left before it ended. It was just too long.

A small group which is always good. This was an interesting tour, good for people who were staying for more than one day as there was lots of information about other things to see and do
