One of the best ways to discover the culture and traditions is to journey along with us for this one-of-a-kind food tour to taste your way through Tortola! This fun culinary experience takes you across the largest island in the BVI on an adventure that will introduce your taste buds to the local cuisine. You'll visit restaurants that offer authentic island cooking to whet your appetite.

Tour starts from the cruise ship port in Road Town, Tortola. You'll travel west on the south coast line before finally ending at our last tasting spot just in time for some sun, sand and beach. Each restaurant was carefully selected for their great reviews and customer satisfaction. You will be meet at the port by your tour guide and at each location, presenters will share different dishes to engage your palate

Sample dishes may include Caribbean food like jerk pork, BBQ grill chicken, local pot fish, conch, lobster and lots more. Each restaurant will offer a different choice so you'll enough time to critique. At the last sample stop after enjoying that dish, you'll have time to enjoy a little swim before heading back to the port.

My family of seven were met just off the pier by our tour guide. He was very friendly and prompt. We were taken to 3 different restaurants for this food tasting tour. LOTS of food on this tour. The first stop served BBQ ribs and chicken curry roti, EXCELLENT! The second stop was on top of the mountain and the view was fabulous. Here, we were served breaded chicken, conch fritters and roti. Third stop was a restaurant on the beach where we were served salad, conch fritters, 2 flavors of chicken wings and grilled fish. The only complaint was the ride back to the ship port. My family were the only people on this food tour but when we were ready to head back to the pier the guide made us wait for about 45 minutes then he split our group and 5 of us were crammed into a vehicle with another group of five! 2 from our group were put into another vehicle with a different group. Not sure why he did this but it was a disappointing end to an otherwise nice tour.
