My voucher which I printed was NOT accepted and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. This was at the end of a long haul flight from australia at midnight which was very stressful.

Directions on the website were not really clear reference calling for the shuttle. I used the courtesy phone near the baggage claim. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and explained exactly where to go. The shuttle was waiting at the end of the walkway. I handed the guy at the kiosk my reservation and we got on the shuttle. So easy and quick. Thank you Viator for another smooth transition from airport to hotel.

A really easy way to get to the hotel. I just walked out airport, following the signs and straight to the transportation point. It was quick and easy which is much appreciated after a long day of travelling, including a long international flight.

They made us wait for nearly two hours because they gave preference to passengers with reservations, and apparently a booking through Viator does not count as a reservation because there is no confirmation number on the voucher Viator's confirmation number does not count, they want the provider's confirmation number that should start with an 8. After waiting nearly two hours we decided to take a cab. Totally unacceptable.

This was surprisingly a very efficient shuttle service! We waited less than 5min for it. The driver was very friendly and gave us a mini tour of the city while he was dropping off other customers. Great value for the money!

The name of the company actually performing the shuttle service was not Viator. Fortunately, the reservation contained a local phone number and received directions to the local Viator affiliate who provided the service from the airport. Only had to wait a few minutes under a covered, lighted awning for the van to arrive. The service was efficient. The driver was polite and the vehicle was clean. Shared the ride from the airport to the hotel with one other person. Absolutely cannot beat the price or convenience of this service! Will certainly book with Viator again.
