The Super Shuttle from the airport to my hotel was fine. At 0800 the concierge at my hotel called the Super Shuttle San Diego dispatcher to ask about my shuttle from the hotel to the airport. We were told they were very busy this weekend Labor Day and the earliest ride might be picking me up at 0945 my booking had the information that my flight departed at 11:00. The unresponsiveness of the dispatcher resulted in my taking a cab I was glad I did, as the airport was busy, security check-in backed-up, etc. I would have missed the 10:40 boarding call, had I waited for the Super Shuttle. I will never againuse nor recommend Super Shuttle.

The name of the company actually performing the shuttle service was not Viator. Fortunately, the reservation contained a local phone number and received directions to the local Viator affiliate who provided the service. The service was efficient. The driver was polite and the vehicle was clean. Shared the ride from the airport to the hotel with one other person. The ride from the hotel back to the airport was just me and the driver. Absolutely cannot beat the price or convenience of this service! Will certainly book with Viator again.

Totally as advertised. Clean vehicle, very nice driver and arrived when they said they would. The only glitch was my fault. Asked our first driver airport to hotel how to book the trip back, and was advised to call an hour ahead of when we wanted to be picked up. Called, and was advised I should have called the day before. They went out of their way to accommodate us and get us to the airport in lots of time for our flight. Will definitely use this service again.

Driver was at the check in point when I arrived. My hotel was first on drivers route so got there quickly. For return to airport made reservation 24 hrs. before, then decided to go a little earlier. Called and no problem. Called me 3 minutes ahead to announce arrival. Actually van already there. Good service.

Super Shuttle was fine. We had a relatively new driver and he had us waiting in a warm van for awhile. Otherwise the trip from the airport was okay. The trip from the hotel was fine. The driver was prompt. The other passengers he had to pick up were not prompt and we had to wait for them. Otherwise the driver was great!!!
