This small-group tour is limited to 8 people, ensuring a more personal experience.
Previous Segway experience is required. All riders must have taken at
least a 2-hour guided Segway tour on the newer i2 Segway within the
last 2 years. Test rides and tours on older Segway models do not
qualify. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

This segway tour includes scooting up Russian Hill and the famous Lombard Street, seeing the sights in North Beach, Little Italy and a glide along the waterfront. If you wish to join this advanced tour, you must have taken a segway tour (1 hour or more) in the last 12 months. This is not a beginners tour nor appropriate for guests with mobility issues.

Great Segway tour. My family and I have taken many Segway tours, but this is the first time we take one where the riders are expected to know how to use a Segway. Therefore, there was no boring instructional introduction and the tour itself was more entertaining. Went through a lot of hills, including Lombrad Street twice. Segways are a great way for getting to know a city. Highly recommended.

Segway is a great way to enjoy up and downhill streets...walking to this breathtaking view spots would be practically unbearable for your legs._br/_ Cameron our tour/instructor was very entertaining and informative of each spot and also a great photographer! Covered Fishermans Wharf, Nob Hill, Telegraph Hill, North Beach, Coit Tower, and Lombard Street twice! We had some previous experience with segway touring which helped as you ride on the streets of SF and not on bike paths or walkways. Exiting experience, worth every penny!

This was an amazing tour with an awesome guide! If you are an experienced Segway rider and are comfortable with the mechanics of movement, then this is the San Francisco tour for you. San Francisco offers some of the most diverse and challenging street terrain in the world and it's all there for you to experience. Our guide, Melinda, was great! She was adventurous, informative and fun and made the riding experience even better. If you have a few hours, I can't think of a better way of experiencing the City by the Bay.

Great tour, Melanie was a fun and informative guide, certainly wouldn't have tried some of those hills without her! Wasn't too sure about segwaying in traffic but she made us all feel safe. Her narration didn't sound old hat as I'm sure it can feel if you've said it everyday for a year. Great!

Melanie was great, full of information. Our only criticism was that the two hour tour passed far too quickly. If we're in San Francisco again we will definitely take another tour, especially if you present a different advanced tour. We did consider many other streets more difficult than Lombard - it at least had good pavement.

Fantastic! We did Lombard street twice, went to Coit Tower and many other places with wonderful views and beautiful SF streets. I was surprised at the distances we covered easily. Our tour guide, Devo, was entertaining and enthusiastic. Riding a Segway down Lombard street was on my wish list for two years, so I had some pretty high hopes, and this tour exceeded them.

We couldn't do the advanced tour (it should be better indicated on the site that they won't let you do this tour unless you have already done the other Segway tour with them)._br/_
Fortunately we could do the "basic" tour the same day and at the same time. The team is great and very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place for Segway tours._br/_
The tour itself is pretty simple as you don't see that many things, but the ride on the Segway is really fun and you still get to see some of San Fransico streets and the famous Fisherman's Wharf._br/_
Definitely a must-do if you have a couple of hours to spare while in SF.

One tip though, do not book the beginner class and advanced class together, as when we finished the beginner class, we got $10 discount each for next tour, which we could not use as we already booked and paid.
