Really enjoyed our trip to San Francisco. Used the Go Card to get around. It was really easy to go on and off them so we could explore the town. The buses were on time, drivers were helpful and always gave us good advice. Would recommend using the Go San Francisco Card to anybody.

Very good value for money. You need to do a little homework in advance to make the maximum of this card. Some attractions may be closed on certain days so will have to carefully plan ahead to decide on you schedules.

The only thing we received with this supposed Go San Francisco Card was a small piece of paper that stated we were able to use the Hop on Hop Off Big Bus tour. We never received any type of card when we went to get our bus voucher. Nothing was stated on the pass except that it was good for 48 hours. We never received any type of map or anything either. I would recommend just going to one of the tour bus places and buying direct from them since it is cheaper. The bus tour was good and informational but the extra money spent on this card was a complete waste of money.

The tour was good but the bus was delayed so we couldn and #39;t jump off and visit anything without having to ride a city bus back. When buying the ticket it would have been nice to know what sites were included in the downtown tour. I ended up having to upgrade.

Purchased a 2 day card and on day one used card for the hop on/off bus to take us right round the city and then to go to places of particular interest. Day two went on wine tour to Sonoma/Napa which was great and arrived back just in time for a quick wander round Madame Tussaud's. If you book a wine tour separately it costs as much as the 2 day card, so great value. You're really getting all the other attractions for free!

Was disappointed that we needed to go down to the embarkadero physically to pick up the voucher and not sent to the hotel. we arrived early at 9am and had to go down a little earlier than we wanted to the wharf area. other than that, was very good value, took one cruise, Cal academy and all the smaller museums ripleys and wax museum at the wharf area. next day we did the hop on hop off bus tour which rounded out a good trip

Purchased thru Viator HUGE mistake. Paper voucher reqd so had 2 find place to print then only 2 locations to redeem which was not convenient and took us off path of a desired tour which we ultimately missed. The value was good but hassle not worth it at all. Details were not provided up front.

We managed to get our money's worth and barely broke even for the price since many attractions weren't open, there were stipulations about when you could use the card that weren't mentioned in the brochure and many tickets were too hard to obtain that we spend too much time traveling to get the tickets and some places were closed so we weren't able to obtain the proper tickets.

Between buying the card and my trip, the issuer changed some of the attractions included, among them some crucial ones in which we were especially interested. As a result, we did not get value for money use from the card and would not buy one in the future or recommend it.

I shouldn't buy it that was a mistake because I couldn't used them at the same day even though I bought a two day card for example there were 2 tours for the same tour company and I can't take both tours the same day. The tour company didn't let me do that. That's not fair at all, hat a waste of money.

I had the card prebooked on viator. On Viator its says you can select a day that is just an indicator of when you use the card that you dont have to use the card on that day. However on the day we were to use the card, there was a storm in San Francisco and there was heavy rain. Whe we went to collect the card in the tourist office, the woman refused to let us use the card another day even though on Viator it says the day you choose to use the card is just an indicator.
I would recommend using this card, it is great value. Plan your day well, so you can get the most out the card and when everything is open. I have used "Go New York Card" before and I recommend these cards as they are the best value for money, saving you lots of money.
