Pick up from airport was very smooth and driver was lovely. However, when returning to airport we were on the phone to the company arranging transfer for over 30 minutes (cost £60 for phone call) and she changed the price three times. We asked her to cancel in the end. She was unhelpful, do not use!

Our driver was Mauricio he picked us up at the airport and drove us the hotel. He was very helpful and polite. He offered us water free of charge which we accepted. We talked to Mauricio about what is happening in San Francisco. He was a very pleasant to talk to and a competent driver. I would use Viator again.

This service uses the cars and drivers at Carmel Limo. Easier to go directly to Carmel's website and book the service, at usually the same price. Long wait for the car to pick us up after calling the dispatcher -- seems black cars can only pick-up in specific areas at SFO.

We used this service for both our arrival and departure SAF. Prompt, clean vehicle, friendly driver. The cost is about the same as UBER and we felt more secure with this service.

This wa a great service - after a long flight we were picked up by a very nice driver, with a comfortable limousine to be taken to our hotel. After calling the office to advise our arrival we were picked up within five minutes. Great value for money

The actual transfer was good. Great driver and he gave us a running commentary as we transferred into San Francisco._br/_ The initial problem was that I needed to phone the company to get them to pick us up. The number given put me through to New York and then transferred me back to an agent in San Francisco. We had just arrived after a long,delayed flight, I hadn't sorted my phone SIM so ended up with a 17.00 call charge and a long wait. So Imwould suggest that you choose a firm that monitors your flight and is there with a smile and your name own a board.
