Not only was the weather perfect, but our small group of four was led by a wonderful tour guide, AG. AG was knowledgeable of the areas history, which made it fun to hear about the lesser known facts of SF. Not only did she tell us about he history and culture of the neighborhoods, she let us in on a few good places to eat, too. This was my second tour and the two were different, which I liked a lot.

Prep time a little boring, but tour was a very memorable time. Stop for some dim sum - was great. There were six in our party and all had a great time. We now look for similar tours when traveling. Do it!

The staff and guides were great and had us all up and running within about 20 minutes. I think next time i would opt for the park tour as the traffic was so bad during parts of the tour we ended up spending a lot of time stuck in one place.

Fun excursion! Pre-ride Segway training was enough to make us comfortable. Our guide Trey was entertaining and well-informed. Great way to see some SF sights and neighborhoods!

My family did night tour with Tre, the whole experience went very smooth from training to getting on the road. Guide was very informative, fun and always kept eye out for the safety of the group. Highly recommend seeing city on a Segway.

What a great time, and a great way to see the city. Carlos, our tour guy, was fun, informative and lead us on an adventure seeing parts of the city we would never had seen on our own. The portion of the tour in Chinatown was highlight of the evening. I highly recommend this tour. Not to mention, the Segway is a blast to use. We can't wait to try another Segway tour.

If you like fun activity and want to have a good time, you have to try this. I was a bit nervous at first because I'm not good with keeping balance but the crash course at the begging of the tour helped a lot. The company is very careful with our safety. Tyler, our guide, is so patient and calm and just coooool! Thanks a for good time, Tyler the extraordinary tour guide :P

We were a little nervous trying Segway for the first time on the roads of San Francisco at night but the tour from start to finish was excellent. We had Aaron as our tour guide who was a genuinely nice and friendly guy who didn't seem as though he was doing it for the tips. The training at the start was really helpful and gave you confidence before you set off. After we started to explore the streets Aaron was extremely knowledgable about the city and gave a lot of information throughout the evening and was happy to take photos of everyone. It was a stand out tour and one of the best we did on our multi city trip to the USA. The Segways were excellent and I'd like to get my own now! I like the way Aaron never mentioned anything about tips and there were no signs about it like many of the other tours we went on, this was a nice touch and he deserves tipping highly for his excellent customer care and service. Highly recommended.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to be riding around the roads of San Francisco on a Segway was brilliant tour guide was very funny and great entertainment to. Perhaps the tour went on a little bit to long, but still was brilliant and great fun for all ages.

This is an awesome tour. 14 year old daughter and wife went with me. Papa duck, a.k.a.Devon, is a charming tour guide. Great informative tales of " the City" with a great flair of humor. We will be back. The group we were with became like family.

We loved loved Robin! She's awesome!!! Tour was so amazing and we loved how they gave us jackets and gloves because it got so cold!!! Will definitely do again in other cities we visit or when we are back in San Fran we will do the experienced uphill downhill one!

This was more fun than I could have imagined. I was worried that I would feel awkward on the segway, but it was a very natural feeling kind of like skiing, I'm told. The guide was great and the training was just right. We learned a lot and it was just so amazing being able to do that in the city at night. Be warned that you are going to be on your feet keeping balance and everything for about 3 hours, so do your stretches before you go! We can't wait to go back and do all of the rest of their tours. For a family of 4, I gulped a little bit when I paid for us all, but it was WELL worth the price!!!
