We only had to wait at the airport about 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Look for the shuttle personnel not the airport personnel. We had two airport personnel send us in two different directions. The public transportation to our location, near Presidio Park, would be cheaper, but a nightmare of connections, and the shared ride was less than 1/2 the cost of other alternatives. We were the 2nd ones dropped off and it most likely only took an extra 15 minutes instead of a direct drop off. I'll take the extra 15 minutes to save the 40 again.

I was disappointed with this last year just to forgot to ring you back to complain, I book this transport from San Francisco to my Cousin house I paid on line but driver told us that I have to pay more because it was not the right amount. I was shocked because we paid what was said online he did not even give me a receipt._br/_ So I would advice to be aware of this that it could happened to anybody as well.

The driver had no idea where he was going and got frustrated. He passed the place where I was staying and didn't want to drive around another time so dropped me off a 1/2 block from my place. I wouldn't have cared too much had I not had a 2 suitcases on me.

I was close to the last stop on the drop off route for a full minivan, but it was a very pleasant way to get to the apartment where I was staying. I got to see a bit of the city and even met a local returning home from a trip who kindly provided a narrative of what I was seeing and the layout of the city as we drove around. Dropped me directly in front of my apt. Would not recommend if you need to be at a spot by a set time which I did not as the routes are determined by how many people are on the ride and where they are going, so, time variable arrival.

Waited at Airport for 40min or so till we get a ride. The person who helped us at the Airport keep telling us that the driver is on his way and just 5min away. Since then we waited 40minutes and about 30min in we asked the guy at the airport if the driver doesn't show up we would rather take cab at this point and he told me he won't work for Supershuttle and all he can do is call the Supershuttle Driver and check in with the driver. He said the driver still telling him he's on his way and 5min away. Really bad experience especially when we are tired from International Travel.

This experience was horrible!!! We had to wait 2 hours for a van. Having a prepaid reservation should alleviate the need to wait 2 hours. Totally unacceptable, and I will never use a super shuttle again.

After taking almost 3 hours to arrive at my destination, the company that delivered me to my destination made me pay an additional which made my trip triple because they said your rates are not correct. I was not pleased at all. In addition the driver was very rude to everyone on the ride and didn't seem to know where he was going.

The only think I did not like was the fact that we had to go back and forth to airport terminal to pick up other passengers. This took over 30 minutes in addition to waiting time for van to come.

There were few /no men in blue coats to direct one to the super shuttle coaches. No signs giving directions from arrivals of SFO airport. Not easy for first time visitors.

Very bad experience! Diver was asking to pay $60 even though I had voucher. I had to call main office to resolve problems, stayed on the line too long some times the line disconnected. Finally resolved but took almost 2hours!!

Finding the right taxi stop was difficult, with poor signs and no directions. Took me a long time to find it even with the instructions provided in my hands. Lovely driver, even with the heavy traffic and a cheaper alternative to a private taxi.

The Shuttle is very efficient and on time. There where guys equipped with tablets outside to help us get into the correct van. I found it helpful to phone the number on the voucher to confirm my paid booking and on arrival the confirmation number was used to secure my ride. I will use this Shuttle again.

I had printed out my confirmation from Viator but the shuttle operator had no information about my reservation. They got us into a van pretty quickly anyway, but when it came time to pay, the driver wanted twice the amount that I had pre-paid. When he took the time to read the several sheets I had printed, he finally agreed that it was correct. It would have been much simpler if I only had one confirmation sheet to show him.

It was relatively quick and pleasant. By the time I checked in with them and we picked up other passengers was no more than 30 minutes. There were 7 or 8 passengers and I was dropped off last but I was still at my destination within an hour of landing so not bad!

Took a bit longer for the driver to come than I expected but we were the second drop off and it was a pleasant drive down 280 instead of busy 101. The driver wouldn't take my suggestion to use Hamilton instead of University, which is stop and go due to tourist, but it didn't take that much longer.

Very bad way to start our visit to San Francisco. After waiting for the shuttle for about 20 minutes the driver argued that we needed a coupon book that was required by the company. He went on and on until I told him that he should call his management if he wishes but the electronic voucher is all I have.

This was not a good experience. I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive Apparently there was a shift change and the information wasn't transferred to the employee coming on duty. When I got into the Super Shuttle the driver asked me to pay for the ride, I showed him my paperwork that I had already paid on line and he said that was only good for San Francisco and not sufficient to take me home. He failed to move the vehicle until I gave him my credit card for payment. Transactions of this nature makes one think this is a scam and your company does fraudulent activities/questionable business practices.
