wow, we used viator in San Juan and they we're awesome but I already knew that because I also used Viator in Paris and London in 2016. It was a group of us in San Juan and we we're picked up at our hotel driven to where we will be using the ATV and it was a blast. the tour guides we're awesome. I will continue to use aviator in the future without a doubt.

Highly recommend visiting this ranch if you are in San Juan. We were lucky to be there on a day when there were no cruise ships in town and had the whole place to ourselves. We stayed for lunch. The food was good and the service fast. Everyone was very friendly.

Our family of four booked this tour and did not regret it. Eddy was our tour guide and was friendly and very helpful. We were picked up promptly at our hotel and dropped off. The staff at the site were friendly and patient. The groups are small, ours was just the four of us which was great. I highly recommend long pants that you don't mind getting full of mud, a bandanna to cover your mouth and nose although not really needed. I read a review the night before that recommended buying plastic shoe covers at the shop but they were sold out which was disappointing. We had safety goggles with straps that were extremely helpful since they don't slip off but my daughter had sunglasses and she was fine...they also help with the sun depending which direction your driving. The ATV is easy to learn and Eddy stopped whenever we needed him to. It rained in the beginning making it very wet and muddy but that made it even more adventurous. When it was over, Eddy provided wet towels to clean ourselves and he even hosed down our sneakers. Checking this off my bucket list!

My family and I loved this tour. The tour guide was friendly. We thought the tour took is to the national rainforest, that was the only disappointment. The length and speed of the tour was perfect, the tour guide plays off your comfort. A little pricey but if you haven't tried it before, you must!

The tour was great. Our driver was funny and very informative. He gaves us great recommendations for great beaches to visit and local food. It rain the night before the tour which made it very muddy but other than that it was sooo much fun! I really recommend it. Do not hesitate when booking this great tour.

The local company that did the tour was Rico Sun Tours. They were great. The tour takes place on the land of an huge hacienda that was a sugar cane planation at one time. There is also horseback riding and zip lines if you wand to go back. Be prepared to get full of mud especially if you get stuck. If you don't have the right gear, they sell what you need there. You will need to buy these plastic booties that cover your sneakers. You will also need to cover your face. They sell a sleeve that fits around you neck and you can pull it up to cover up to your nose. I made sure my hair was inside of it too. You should also have goggles or sunglasses to protect your eyes. I was fine with sunglasses. They even sell go pro cameras. I had one with me but didn't have a mount for the helmet so they loaned me one nice. They provide the helmet. They give you instructions on how to drive the ATV and you get to practice a little before you go out. The groups are small. There was 3 of us to one guide. The guide was great. He made sure everyone was ok. If you got stuck, he would stop to help you. You make a couple stops along the way and the guide gives you information on what you are looking at. When we got back the owner actually greeted us and asked how our ride was. You can buy drinks and relax a little before heading back. It seems Rico Sun Tours hires a different company to go and pick up the guests at the various hotels. The driver wasn't friendly and didn't interact with us. He also rushed us to get back to the van at the end when we were finishing our drinks and taking pictures. Maybe I was just spoiled by the drivers from Bespoke Life Style Management. We did a couple tours with them. Driver aside, The guides and the ATV experience was great. I highly recommend it. If I was in Puerto Rico longer I would have gone back for the horse back riding. The owner of the company sold me on it LOL. It's great that he comes out to great the customers and sees how they feel about the tour.

it was great.. The 4-wheeling was awesome itself, however, the and #39;tour and #39; was not really a tour. We just drove around for 1 1/2 hours, although it says it is a three hour adventure. We also overpaid. $260 for two people. Definitely not worth the money. Staff was nice but the price is too much for such little adventure

This tour was not as described. It didn and #39;t have a cave, just some repetitive tracks. The atvs were over heating! The guides were very nice and that is why it gets 5 stars. The customer service was great. Order food before you do your tour. There and #39;s yummy food and drinks. And say hi to Paco.

ATV Tour was fantastic. Our tour guide was awesome. The specific Tour I feel is more an experienced rider as there are a few tricky spots that experience is needed. We stopped for fresh fruit , visited the stables, and drove through mud puddles. Definitely a must!

There are no mountains, waterfalls, rivers, hills or caves in this trip. All they do is take you through a loop course inside the farm where you can see small manmade lakes, cattle and horses. The scenery stuff is for other tours of the same company. I was disappointed when I got there! They also forgot our reservation and sent a cab to pick us up an hour and a half late at the hotel. The trail is challenging and for a first time ATV user I felt very proud of completing it without injuries. In the end it turned out to be a fun 1st ATV ride, but that's it! I would have not booked had I known. Hope this helps!

I find the write up and description of this trip experience to be totally flawed and inaccurate. I would even call it false advertising! The tour was great. It was more than I expected. The tour guides were fun, energetic and had knowledge of the area. The equipment was clean, in good working order, well organized and the staff at registration was friendly. Will definitively go back again!!! Our tour guide Christian was great! Some advice: Wear eye protection that wont slip off your face, use plenty of sunscreen, take a bottle water, use the restroom before you go, and wear hiking boots or shoes that fit the occasion. I wore converse which needless to say were not the best choice for the occasion. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys nature and is unadventurous.

I'm giving this tour 2 stars, but I'm being unnecessarily generous. The tour was literally one cave. And a four wheel drive in a ranch, which if you have a 4 wheeler you can do that at home. Not worth the price. The tour guide Omar was great, kind and helpful. And even offered to a private tour at a reasonable price, considering he had his own vehicle. But, none-the-less, the kindness of the tour guides or the people who own the property were not enough to rate this tour with more stars. Too much money for one cave and a four wheel drive in the middle of no where interesting. NOT WORTH IT!

Not through the rainforest. Friends took this tour last year and it was so much better then my tour. We looked at caves and walked a bit. Not what we had in mind. Wanted more of a thrill like my friends said they experienced.

I had fun on this tour. I had never rode an ATV before but it was not hard to learn. The people were friendly. Please prepare to get dirty because you will ride through mud, rivers, dirt, ect. but the experience was very magical. i would do it again!
