Butan was very knowledgeable about the sites. He knew the best routes to take. He knew the best spots to take photos. He was thoroughly professional. It was a delight to have him as my guide. I cannot recommend him highly enough

we left the hotel @ 8:00am_br/_ The tour guide was very good and we enjoyed everything._br/_ The lunch was below average to average at best._br/_ As we found out in our three days there we could have paid half of what we paid Viator for this tour._br/_ Other than the price it was great._br/_ Thank you_br/_ Roger and Sherry Lambert

This tour was amazing!

Tour was personal1:1. The only disappointment was that I booked a whole day tour (10 hrs) so that I could see the SunSet. However, the guide, although very knowledgeable kept saying there was mix up on the itinerary and that although I wanted to see the "temple of doom' it wasn't included in the cost and I would have to rebook. We ended up back at the hotel at 2pm with me being at a loss for the what to do for the rest of the day. What I did see was fantastic but was left feeling cheated. My first disappointment with Viator as previous trips have been 1st class!

In a first minute Mr Heap, our private guide recognised sensitively our needs, adjusted the overall schedule and enable us to see the most valuable monuments, enjoy the trip without being exhausted, tired or “over travelled”. He carefully planned for breaks, took care of each of us individually and with a great success arranged very specific events (VIP theatre visit for example). His knowledge of both the sites, history and society, all of great interest for us, was pristine and deep. He is also very sensitive and sustainable companion keeping high level of smooth and friendly relationship with us, something of a high value for a longer period staying with visitors (we did have some bad experience in the past, for example in Bangkok where after few days the guide acted “too aggressively”). His service was above our expectations at all angles. We highly appreciated also his companion, the driver – the car was always in a very clean and perfect condition – which is highly important and rather difficult in tropic areas. His car was always with sufficient water and other important items available, he was always on time and his driving style was of top class, very smooth, professional. Highly recommended for high value, high demand private travelers, couples, single person (both genders).

Travelled with our two older children 16 and 20 and was concerned the temples would not be all they were cracked up to be. Fortunately this was not the case the friendly guide was well informed and took time to explain the history, religious and architectural but didn't over do this and kept the flow going. The guide we had was called Vutha, he was attentive and ensured we were comfortable and well watered throughout. The stunning views and the majesty of the temples is a must for all travelling in the region.

Great trip, didn't last as long as I expected though, the trip ended around 2.30pm, so not really a full day tour! Also the temples shut before the sun sets so didn't get to see the sunset over the temple as stated in the itinerary. Other than that great trip!

I absolutely loved the tour, but the tour operator was terrible. First of all, the headquarters for the tour operator is based in Viet Nam, not Cambodia. The telephone numbers that are supplied are for Viet Nam, not Cambodia. This is not very helpful. I had called to confirm, but the Vietnamese operator did not understand English. So even though I repeatedly told her that my tours were for Sunday and Monday, she told the Cambodian supplier that the tours were for Monday and Tuesday. Needless to say, no one showed up for my Sunday tour. So after spending a fortune calling Viet Nam to find out why my tour was not starting, I was finally connected to the Cambodian supplier. Viator would be better served providing the Cambodian telephone number directly. And quite frankly, the tour is not a full day. It is not possible to do a full day because the itinerary does not warrant a full day, not to mention that it is too hot and humid in May to stay out that long. This should be listed as a half-day tour, and priced as one also.

Enjoyed the temple tour very much, well organized and most convenient in its organization. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English well. Driver did well and was very attentive, too.
