The side trip in Bermuda was very interesting. Ken, our tour guide was very gracious and showed us many sights.... even some above and beyond the regular itinerary. The seven of us had our our private van and we were able to ask questions. Bermuda is very pretty, with beautiful oceans, and bays. He was very prompt and courteous.

Kenneth Simons was our tour guide in St.George, Bermuda. He was professional, friendly, a perfect gentleman and very knowledgeable about his country. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch and drove us back close to the ship. Our group would recommend him to travelers.

Viator's tour operator, Bermuda Triangle Tours, failed to show up for the tour. They left us standing at the port where our cruise ship docked. After waiting for 25 minutes in 50-mile-an-hour wind and rain we figured there was no hope they would fulfill their obligation. They had previously failed to respond to our e-mail request to confirm the exact pick up location and time and had failed to answer the telephone call placed by Viator at our request. Viator was forced to leave a phone mail message which, we presume, was similarly ignored. Try this tour at your own risk.

Loved to caves. And, Oscar, our guide an "onion", was wonderful!

This tour was very informative because the taxi driver who drove us around had extensive knowledge of Bermuda. However, it took us a while to realize that the taxi drive around the island WAS the tour. We thought he was taking us TO a tour, not that we were already on it.
