The 'issue' began from the start. After checking in with the representative at the airport, we retrieved our bags and went back to the representative per his instruction. We were taken to another guy who said wait here and then left. He returned a few minutes later and said that's your ride! I was shocked. It was a beat up van and upon entering the vehicle it was filthy and seats uncomfortable. I paid good money and did not expect what I got. I won't use your service again.
