Board your sail ship and enjoy a welcome drink and canapés as you bob over the Caribbean to a picture-perfect cove. Here, drop anchor and revel in the setting as the sun starts to sink over the sea. Sip on complimentary drinks from the bar, mingle with other guests, and enjoy a 3-course gourmet dinner on deck as the last rays of sun cast everything in a romantic glow, before returning to the marina.
Make your way to the departure marina on St Thomas in the late afternoon. Then, step aboard your comfortable 65-foot (20m) single-mast sail ship and relax on the comfortable, fully cushioned sun and shaded decks over a refreshing, complimentary welcome drink.
As the sun slips lower, set sail on to the Caribbean and listen to an interesting briefing on the ship and its history. Help yourself to a tomato and basil bruschetta and smoked salmon and caviar canapés, and pair them with complimentary alcoholic beverages, juice, soda and water from the open bar.
As you sail past the shores of St Thomas, mingle with the other guests and absorb the gorgeous views as the sun sets the Caribbean waters alight with its last, piercing rays. Bring your camera: Caribbean sunsets are famously beautiful and there are few places better to enjoy them than on the water.
Before long, your ship will pull up in a beautiful cove, the setting for your onboard dinner buffet. Help yourself to the hot and cold main dishes, including Caribbean-style chicken breast, pasta, shrimp and salad; followed by fresh fruit and fudge brownies, and accompanied by your choice of complimentary drinks from the bar. As dusk falls, relax on board and enjoy the last of the views as your ship sails back to the marina. Your trip ends when you leave your ship at around 8pm.
We had a wonderful experience! The food, drinks, service, and staff were incredible. Would highly recommend anyone to take this tour who is thinking of taking a sunset cruise. Great way to see the sights and surrounding islands!

I booked this for my birthday Aug. 25 and brought my mom and son with on our 1st trip to St. Thomas. I probably will not book through Viator again in the future, because I thought this excursion included transportation and it does not, we found it expensive to get around the area. The website had me add the resort we were staying at when I booked this. So I thought, why ask if it's not even included in the price. In my opinion, this cruise is overpriced for what you get. The boating excursion was nice, the captain and the 2 young guys helping him that night were extremely friendly, helpful, talked about the area, answered questions, came around offering appetizers and drinks, asked plenty of times if people needed anything, popped a bottle of champagne and cheered to my birthday and the couple sitting next to me - their 10-year Anniversary, they threw some food scraps into the ocean to bring the fish up, so my son and everyone could see them up close, the 3 guys really out-did themselves and deserve great credit as they made this trip worth more stars for me. The boat itself wasn't anything spectacular and the food was ok, more like something you would get from a cheap buffet line. The other people on-board were also friendly and talked to one another and the views from the boat made it all worth it in the end. The main area where the dock is located near Sapphire Beach is a bit strange though, feels like a ghost-town area, they were doing lots of construction though. We took a Gourmet Dinner Cruise Excursion in Hawaii too and were expecting similar to here, not a chance. That ship had 3 levels, tables/chairs, a piano player, the presentation and taste of the food was gourmet and all for around the same price, plus transportation was included. BiG, BIG difference.

Great dinner cruise!! The cruise ship staff welcomed all six of us aboard with drinks and snacks. The ship was clean, comfortable and the views of sunset on the ocean could not have been timed better. The ambience and food was amazing!! This was a very relaxing trip. Would highly recommend this cruise!!!

I was very disappointed with this dinner cruise. The was a standard sail boat with on mast.I assume it was designed to sleep 4-6 people. there must have been 25-30 people on board with no place to sit or walk around.The drinks were bad, except the beer and they can't screw that up.The food was fair, and the ships crew was adequate. I wish I had not gone. I was very disappointed. Oh and I was on the wrong side of the sail boat to see the sun set.
