Our guide Judy and driver were very entertaining and informative._br/_ I enjoyed the local insights and history from Judy._br/_ We stopped for wine tasting and a helicopter tour._br/_ The helicopter was optional 12 min ride, not too expensive and was well worth it._br/_ We got a little wet on the boat tour, but it was fun!_br/_ Our tour was early November, so crowds were minimal._br/_ If we had more time, I would have liked to make this an overnight trip, and spend some time in the village of Niagara on the Lake NOL, and see the falls at night..

OMG - What a sight as tons of water thundering over the magnificent Niagara Falls. Powerful mist sprayed on our face and head as we held on to the rails of the Hornblower boat for it was truly a lifetime experience._br/_ Ice wine at Trius Winery was the finest wine we ever tasted._br/_ At the Canadian Heritage Village and Park, thru the suggestion of our tour guide, Grant Leigh, we from Hawaii tossed the maple leaves in the air and caught them while he snapped the action shots on our camera. We have memorable pictures for our album._br/_ We arrived around 7:30 pm, the roads were wet and not too lighted. Grant escorted us across the street to our hotel, Double Tree, Hilton._br/_ To Grant and coach driver Tim, Bus F1299 we rate them as 10---and salute them with 5 stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It was well paced and our guide was very knowledgeable and had many stories to tell. The little town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is charming. The Niagara Falls are magnificent. The excitement of going on the boat close to the Falls was the highlight. The excellent buffet was served in a restaurant with a perfect view of the Falls. Not stopping at the Floral Clock was the only small disappointment. A very good tour that met all of my expectations.

The Niagara Falls was amazing, don't miss seeing them. The day trip was too long. They could have skipped the winery stop as it was a store in among grapevines. Nothing really special other than a pleasant bathroom break. It took forever to pick up and drop off at hotels. I get the convenience, but would have been prepared to find my own transportation taxi to a central location.The stop at Niagara on the lake was pleasant, cute little town. Don't bother with the ice cream stop. Definitely not worth standing in long lines...it's ice cream. More fun to explore the town, beautiful flowering planters everywhere. The tour does allow you to skip the long lines for the boat ride that takes you up close and personal with the falls. Truly amazing!

The winery stop was interesting. Niagara-by-the-lake was just a pretty town with shops and restaurants. The falls were spectacular. I would recommend the helicopter ride as an extra.

This was a great tour. Gord and Uri were great hosts on the coach. Gord definitely knows his stuff and shares it generously. The day included a visit to a winery, Niagara on the lake, lunch at the Falls View restaurant which was buffet and excellent. After lunch a trip on the Hornblower boat to the Falls a highlight for me. Then to see the Niagara Rapids and finally Table Rock another highlight. Then the 90 minute trip back to Toronto. A long day out, but well worth it for the packed itinerary. There is also an option for guests to take a short helicopter ride at the Falls. This is an additional cost, and the Gray Line will get a discounted rate for you.

This was a truly memorable day. The composition of the tour was constantly interesting and varied and although tiring (10 hours from departure to return) it was just superb every minute. It has to be said that Tim our driver and Gord our guide made it so by being terrific hosts. Thank you.

From start to finish this was a fantastic trip. The coach was comfortable, Gord, our guide, was entertaining and informative and everything was organised to perfection. Our buffet lunch was very good at the Sheraton, the boat trip into the mist exhilarating and we opted for the reduced price helicopter trip over the falls, which was incredible, the cherry on top! We only had an hour at Niagara on the Lake which was a great shame as it was a beautiful town that I would readily return to to spend at day or more. Would I recommend this trip, you bet I would!

If you come to Toronto area this all day trip is an absolute must. It started with Gord our Tour Guide picking us up at 9.15am and we weren't home to approx 9pm. Gord was very informative, friendly, patient and a wonderful guide. Our driver Sean was very efficient, calm and assured driver. A very comfortable bus tour. We stopped of for wine tasting Beautiful ice wine. There was a shop but I hadn't enough spare cash to buy it but was able to buy the exact wine in duty free on the way home. The next stop was the most relaxing beautiful village I have ever seen and would have loved to stayed longer but I understood we had so much to pack in we were on a tight schedule. Next we had lunch at the Sheridan Hotel and got our first photo of the Nigeria Falls. Food was lovely but again it had to be a big rushed. The hotel staff were in general not at all nice and not to us but I overheard them being quite dismissive and unhelpful to other guests. Next we went on the Hornblower. Fabulous experience! Next some went to the helicopter ride but mist of us went to the Whirpool. We went out in the cable car over it - quite interesting. Last of all we called at the point were the Nigeria Falls come crashing down. The noise and the spray and the sight are breathtaking. Not to be missed or rushed. Then we returned back to Toronto. Fabulous trip, wonderful tour guide and driver. Wonderful memories.

This was a great value excursion! Wine tour, beautiful Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls, theatre visit and a lunch.....fantastic! Highly recommend the winter months as the experience provides a totally different aspect of the falls with the ice formations. I had a wonderful time on this tour. Since I was staying at a condo in downtown, the bus picked me up at a nearby hotel. We did some wine tasting on the way there, had buffet lunch then onto the Hornblower which to my surprise was running till late November due to the weather. Perfect and stress free in every way. Well organised, lots included in the day trip. We liked Dave the tour guide, even if he told us not to put our ponchos on when we were aboard the hornblower !! It was 24 degrees and Dave said ponchos not required, however, they were !!
