The driver who met me was very pleasant and his car was comfortable and very clean. The only complaint I had is that the information I had printed out about the meeting place was incorrect and I had to walk a long way to get to the correct place. I understand it was changed earlier this year but the information in the voucher wasn't up to date.

Pick up was a little confusing as notes on ticket said to look for a specific pick up point outside of terminal. Turned out we had to check in at a desk inside the airport instead.

WE had a private transfer from Toronto Pearson Airport to our downtown hotel, this was pre paid in advance when I booked it. We usually give the driver a tip as well, on this occasion when we arrived at our hotel the driver actually asked us for 10 tip, I was so taken aback that I gave it to him. I really wish that I hadn't handed over the 10 but he took me unawares, we travel quite a bit and always give a tip but it was the first time we were ever asked for one. I really hope that Viator will read this review and follow it up with the driver in question, he needs to be taught some manners.

Honestly, don't bother. This is not the meet and greet chauffeur pickup you expect for the money. It's a nightmare of an arrangement. After booking, you have to register on the Carmel website. Then, you have to waste money ringing them to confirm before you arrive. Then, you waste more money ringing them after you get your bags, and they ask you which terminal you are in ... Hullo? I gave you the flight number! They tell you to wheel your heavy bags to a pickup point which turns out to be the wrong one. No one there - but plenty of taxis, with more sensible people leaping into them. This is what we should have done in the first place. Lesson learned. Rang again, told to take bags to a farther away point. Spat dummy and said no, not moving again. Driver then came and found us and pushed the bags to the car. Driver was fine, car comfortable, but we felt totally stupid. Oh, and they don't tell you until you've booked that there's a 15 airport surcharge on top of the fee. DON'T BOTHER. GET A TAXI.

The pick up was very confusing, the system at Toronto airport is different from others, and the pick up outside was chaotic. The 15.00 fee that was extra was very annoying, cant understand why this cant be included in the cost. We forgot and only had 20 on us and it was late at night, so we had nothing the next morning. He didn't even offer the change to us, which I would have told him to keep as a tip, but he did that anyhow. He wasn't the most personable driver, but he did the job and that is all that matters.

The instructions for pickup were misleading. When we arrived at the post indicated on the voucher, we were directed to another post 22 posts away. Be sure to read the Important Info. There is an additional 15 CAD fee for airport pick up.

The voucher advises you to meet at Door/Post B in Terminal 1 - this is incorrect - it is now Door A and there is a desk for pre-arranged limos by this door. We were waiting at Door B as instructed - had to make an international call from UK mobile and had to wait in a queue to be answered so cost a packet - only to be told we needed to be at Door A. Simple - change the voucher text!_br/_ Other than that, once we found the desk driver was called and arrived within 1 minute. Very nice ride downtown and very pleasant driver._br/_ Would definitely use again - just make sure you are at the right door.

It took us quite some time to get through the airport to our collection point. The information we were given to reach the pick-up destination wasn't very clear. When our driver arrived he informed us had we been any longer he would have gone as he was only allowed an hour to wait for us. The driver was fine, though once we got to the city the traffic was horrendous, which wasn't his fault, but it took 1/1/2 hours to reach the hotel. It would have been extremely upsetting had we been left at the airport. Therefore I wouldn't recommend the company and wouldn't use them again.

This transfer by private limo was very easy and quick. The only downside is that you have to factor in the 15 fee charged by the airport. Otherwise, very good service and we booked a limo transfer back to the airport - we liked it so much!

The car was clean, the driver was a terrible driver. Plus, when we got dropped off he charged us an additional 15.00 for airport pickup plus he asked for a tip. This reservation was set up for airport pick up so why the charge plus asking for a tip is very rude. Will not use this company again. Bad form.

The driver was very late. He said he was held up by traffic. At the hotel he ask for a tip. We reported this to the company and they refunded 100 of the cost. I would use again because the company took action. However it should not have had to.

The paper said where we should go port B but Port B was closed, we looked for a notice and finally went to port A. The driver waited longer than an hour we waiterd a long time for our bags - the Airbus 380 was FULL no open seats and had to turn back to the airport to fetch us. Not impressed. And why were we not told that he would only wait an hour?

Taxi did not turn up, I was at the point of collection on time etc. Rang number provided on voucher, spent 20 mins on the phone to a Canadian number, redirected to 4 different operators for the taxi company, all asking who I was etc. Nobody had a clue what was going on. I told last operator to cancel it and have now emailed vitro direct to sort my refund and compensation for international phone call I had to make due to their incompetence. Never again!

Had to wait ages for the car._br/_ On arrival at hotel driver said we needed to pay an extra C$25 when I asked why he showed me our voucher stating airport pick up +C $15 plus he dictated his tip was C $10. At 9pm after a transatlantic flight I was too tired to argue._br/_ Next time I and #39;ll get a cab!!!!

Don't bother, get a taxi. After confirming travel details prior to leaving Australia we arrived at pick up point to find we weren't on the list. After 1 hour and numerous calls a car was dispatched from another company.

Had to phone to find out where to meet the driver. Would expect a private shuttle to provide a driver with a name board waiting in the arrivals area, more so when you also have to pay extra for their parking at the airport. Disappointing.
