Rude unhelpful driver, no information on where we were meant to meet the taxi as there were multiple exits at the Hotel._br/_ When arriving at the Airport the driver almost refused to unload our cases until we had tipped him!

Good transport from and to the airport. Good instructions on where to go when arriving at Toronto airport. On pickup from hotel to airport driver arrived early which we were glad about because of the heavy traffic. Driver was very professional.

I have used Carmel Shuttle service several times in the past years and this is the first time that they let me down. I had to call twice and the car was 15 minutes late. The driver was fine and I arrived safely. Thank goodness I gave myself extra time because going through customs took longer than I anticipated. Thank goodness I have global entry too. But I was not satisfied with my transportation service. I will think twice about using this service in the future. Viator offers wonderful options, but I am writing to the company also.

I would not recommend this transfer service at all. You book through Viator, then you are required to fill in an online form to the local supplier again providing all the same details and call them to confirm at least 12 hours before pick up. Despite doing all of these things, the system failed for me and I was left waiting on the pavement with my bags resulting in my calling an Uber which cost CAD 35, about 20. I also ended up spending about 25 on calls from my mobile phone which in Canada are very expensive plus it took a little something away from what was a really great trip.

Driver was almost 30 minutes late. I was outside waiting 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup and he said he drove by many times. Not true. He also said he tried calling several times, yet my phone showed one call, 10 minutes AFTER the pickup time. Called the provided and that was just as bad. 30 minutes on the phone to be transferred over and over and having to retell why I was calling. No customer service values at all. Would rate this a zero star if it were possible!

Be careful when booking-we booked the car as it took 3 adults - so we had 3 cases. Driver came said he wouldn and #39;t take us as had loads of baggage -we had 1case each plus 2 ruck sacks. Then told he would take us and cost us an extra $25. Spoilt start to our holiday plus arguing on phone-sorted in end

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE_br/_ Driver was 30 mins late, unable to locate driver parent company and sub contractor not communicating. Cost me a fortune in phone calls as freephone not working. Driver unapologetic offering lame excuses. A taxi is $55 my advice is to take a cab as this company is useless

Had to phone to find out where to meet the driver. Would expect a private shuttle to provide a driver with a name board waiting in the arrivals area, more so when you also have to pay extra's for tolls etc. Also driver more interested in his tip size than to provide the level service to deserve one

My initial phone contact with Viator from the UK to the USA to confirm our pick up arrangements was appalling. The operator was abrupt and rude. His customer service skills were non-existent. Our arrival was held up by a large queue in Passport control we were charged a fee of $15 for this by the driver which we were not expecting as it was out of our control. Then he charged us an extra $20 as a tip we presume and as you are dependent on him coming back to pick you up how can you refuse?! The driver drove like a maniac whilst on his mobile phone through heavy traffic in Toronto and as we had 3 unbelted children in the back of the car this was unforgivable. The car was not big enough for the 5 of us we were expecting a minibus but got a large 4x4 with 4 of us crammed in the back hence not enough seat belts. Overall I think the service was an unsafe rip off as we could have got a safer minibus taxi in Pearson airport! I would rather he hadn't turned up! My advice - cost verses safety no contest - don't risk it. It is illegal to drive whilst on the phone in Toronto. An accident waiting to happen.

they turn up on time but you need to phone 24hrs prior to departure. There was one phone number on the voucher did not work so I tried the other and it worked. So don't use the first number writtne on the front of the voucher but the second number on the last page.

We have used Viator for airport transfers for year and have always been satisfied. The driver was very nice and on time. His vehicle, however, reeked of smoke. This is not a good thing !
