I have never done anything like this before! It was the craziest experience to be able to hover over Toronto and get as high and as close to the CN tower from an external perspective as I did. The pilot was amazing, the flight was smooth with very little turbulence and the view was breathtaking!! Totally worth the money and I would so do this again.

The ride was ok the sericxe however was a big downfall. The way they advertised it was horrible. I though I bought the one with a teddy bear chocolates and wine.. And I was so excited to get them especially because that info was in my voucher. When we got there all we got were 2 pictures. Not good

This is an excellent little experience. Keep in mind that they have a couple of offerings...the Jewel flight that is approx 7min and the Interlude package that is double that. It can very very confusing to get to the right place if you are booking here as opposed to directly with service provider. You have to go to Billy Bishop airport in Toronto. Go to the foot of Eireann Quay to the airport ferry and passenger tunnel building. I suggest you take the elevator own and take the moving sidewalk tunnel over to the island portion of the airport. At the other side, do NOT go upstairs to the departures area. Instead, stay at the arrivals area and walk around to the side of the terminal building where the Billy Bishop memorial display is. Exit to the outside at the doors near that display and turn left. You'll be walking through a parking lot with the hangers on your left side. Walk all of the way down past all of the buildings you'll pass a flight school and the Ornge flight office. Once you can't go straight anymore because of a fenced off area, turn left down the intersecting road. You will see a road barrier half way down...just keep walking past that barrier and you'll come to an office door on the left. You can go in there and then directly upstairs and down the hallway. That's were you'll finally find the office for Toronto Heli Tours. They will take care of you from there. They will weigh you and do any remaining paperwork. They will then ask you to go back down the hall to a sitting area with an ipad and headphone. You'll watch a safety video on it and then someone will bring you back downstairs to brief you on the next steps. You'll be taken out onto the tarmac and asked to put any bags/purses into a container for safe keeping. you'll be told that the pilot won't speak to you because he's communicating with the tower...I suspect that after 20 years of doing this, he just doesn't want to say the same stuff over again...and to your left is the CN Tower...

The tour was amazing. Great views of the city, comfortable ride in the chopper, and a very friendly pilot. My fiancee didn't have any complaints at all. She was so thrilled. Getting there was the only issue. The tour operator is almost impossible to find at the island airport so call for directions
