The tour was very good, worth the time and money. The driver/tour directors were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very accommodating with people in a wheelchair like myself. One thing I was disappointed was the short time in Butchart Gardens, we could have stayed longer and shorten the self Victoria city tour. Butchart Gardens was a sight to see even with a little drizzle. Other thing too was the change in time pickup for Whistler and Victoria without informing us, we wasted an hour waiting to be picked up instead of having a relaxing breakfast. Overall, it is highly recommended.

This was our first trip to Canada, so this tour was the perfect way to see all of the highlights that we wanted to check out without having to rent a car and try to navigate/park. They picked us up right at our hotel. The tour guides were very professional and fun. We really enjoyed Herman! We were lucky enough to get him on two of the days. They gave ample amount of time at each stop and we never felt rushed or like we were missing out. The hop on hop off was the only thing that I would change, the maps weren't to scale so we had some difficulty locating the pick up spot and there were a few times that the bus was too full, so we had to wait for the next one. Other than that, our trip was a blast thanks to this 5-Day tour! We even added another tour to Grouse Mtn/Suspension Bridge through this same company on our last day. Can't wait to come back to Vancouver to explore more!

Everything was of a high standard with excellent pickups, commentary and service. The only comment I would like to make and that was the Victoria Day tour. There was not enough time allowed for the Butchart Gardens. One hour extra would have been great with one hour less in Victoria.

It was a great deal we love it. FYI just make sure that Whistler is first and then Victoria. both are great but you need to be ready early, just saying if you are not an early morning person like me. On day one we have a city tour, day two Whistler, Day Three Victoria and day 4 and 5 city tour bus.

Sunday and the hop on hop off bus often had no seats . Also when I was given my voucher , I was not given a map and therefore had no idea where to wait and waiting at the wrong bus stop and missed my booking for fly over Canada . NOT HAPPY . Would have been been better navigating around on the public bus . You can get a day pass for 9.50 at any 7 elen store

All our tours were excellent. Our guides for the three tours were excellent. The HoHo bus was what we expected. We didn't need two days on the HoHo bus. Suggest a four day package with one day on the bus.

Very well organized...didn't get to use the hop on hop off as we had to leave after the 3rd day...._br/_ When we arrived back from the Victoria excursion there didn't seem to be enough busses to disperse people to the 14 hotels that they need to go to, which meant we were quite late getting to the Delta where we were staying..it made for a very long day...but other than that the experience was excellent !!!!

Very impressed with the knowledgeable drivers who were very humorous, outgoing and accommodating to all the passengers. Thank you Don, Dave and Mike for your great service. Wish we had a bit more time in the city of Victoria to see it as felt very rushed as spent more than enough time in the Butchart Gardens.The hop on hop off bus was the way to go to see the city. Should maybe let people know which stops didn't have washrooms nearby e.g. Coal Harbour stop. The scenery to Whistler was awesome and the driver stopped plenty of times for photo opportunities. Well done!

The bus on used for the whistler tour was in need of air conditioning upgrade . It was very very hot outside and on the bus . We were in the back of the bus , which took a while for the bus to cool down . Unhappy customers

We enjoyed this package of tours. As first time visitors to Vancouver and surrounds it provided a very stress free way to get a feel for what the city had to offer. The pick up service and friendly staff made it very easy for us and certainly made our stay a very relaxed and happy one.

This was a good package tour to enjoy major places in BC. Above all Butchart Garden was a great surprise...I had though it might be boring to go there in winter, but not at all...illumination in the garden was really beautiful and it made the garden look like a wonderland!

A good tour package that gave us a chance to see all the major tourist attractions in the 3 days we had. So we could not take advantage of the hop on hop off part. However, the trips to Whistler and Victoria were well worth the time and money spent. The city tour was a bit of a hurried affair. But considering the many sights that the driver had to take us to, I guess it is difficult to do more.

The tours to Victoria, Vancouver and Whistler were fantastic. The only disappointment was that the hop--on-hop-off bus didn't run any later, so we couldn't use it to go to dinner.

First two trips was fantastic tour guides were very good third guide I found very unsatisfactory his name was jack not only was he late by 10 minutes he drove like an idiot to get to the other hotels because of being late he caused a lady to fall because he drove off before she had a chance to sit down this lady was suffering with a bad neck before the fall. We had 7 days in Vancouver prior to a cruise. The half day trip around Vancouver conducted by Rick was a great trip with interesting and informative descriptions of the sites. It gave us an insight into the places to visit in our spare time over the coming days. I would recommend this for your first day. _br/_
Our second day was to Whistler and this was an extremely interesting and enjoyable day with a great tour guide. The mountain bike competitions were on during our visit to it made it even more interesting. I would recommend the Gondola ride we took to Whistler Mountain, then the chairlift to the top. Although it was the end of summer there was still snow on the peak. On our return then took the Peak 2 Peak to Blackcomb mountain return with some great sights before returning to the village for a hot dog. Great day out and the highlight. The wildlife was interesting including the cheeky chipmunks and marmots. _br/_
Third day to Vancouver Island, Victoria and the Butchart Gardens. Another full wonderful day and experience with a great guide. Can't describe how great that the gardens were - you must see them._br/_
Finally the last two days were fully utilized on the hop-on-off bus where we visited the sights, jumped off to do some shopping, and back on for more sights. We used the two days going around the circuit several times which permitted us to fit in the shopping as well. No issues at all if you are organized._br/_
Finally we also did the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain tour - another enjoyable tour. _br/_
I would recommend all of these tours if you have time.

This tour was so wonderfull except the city tour, for the city tour the bus was fully occupied, we couldn't get good view , no enough time in each stop. Whistler mountain tour and our guide (sorry if I confused his name Jeff native with long hear of ponytail ) he maid our day wonderful

The tour guides were OUTSTANDING(Mike and "First Nation" Jeff(?)). They both know Vancouver EXTREMELY WELL! Friendly and FUNny. Safe drivers and very informative. It was also nice that they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Plenty of time at each place to enjoy and not have to hurry through the sites. The tour package of Vancouver and Whistler was well worth the money.

This 5-Day Tour of Vancouver was the making of our short trip to BC. We found the service great. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Definitely a worthwhile series of trips to undertake if you are in Vancouver for a short time period. We stayed four days following a cruise. The half day orientation to Vancouver is very helpful and gave us lots of ideas for dining and spending our own time in various places. The 2 day "Hop on, Hop off" passes helped us to do this and we had a great time choosing what we wanted to do on our own. Please note the Vancouver Island and Whistler trips are very long days and could be tiring. Arrange your itinerary so that these days do not occur immediately before flights out of Vancouver! The drivers and staff were very helpful, funny and keen to answer questions. Definitely recommend this to my friends.

Day 1 - Personalised city tour of Vancouver which was fun especially lunch at Granville Island Markets._br/_
Day 2 - Full day at Whistler which was an amazing drive, visiting waterfalls on the way but the weather turned to rain when we got to Whistler that we didn't get to go up on the chair lift nor see the mountains from the village._br/_
Day 3 - Full day at Victoria which included an amazing ferry ride, a great tour guide named Jeff and a wonderful time at Butchart Gardens; Victoria was lovely too._br/_
Day 4 and 5 - only a 2 day ticket for a hop-on hop-off ride around Vancouver

Enjoyed all the tours. Excellent narration by all tour guides (Andy and Jack of West Coast Sightseeing and Tours). I had lost my Whistler cap in Victoria (at Sam's Deli), but this was promptly recovered by the next tour guide and delivered to my hotel (Best Western) after I reported it. Big thanks for the excellent service. I will remember this trip forever. I highly recommend the 5-day tour for any first-time visitors to Vancouver, BC.
