This relaxing day in the British Columbia vineyards starts with a late-morning pickup from select Vancouver hotels or a cruise ship. The local guide will lead the way on a leisurely drive out to the Fraser Valley wine region. Upon arrival at the first winery, an expert guide will teach how to assess wine quality and what to expect from the different wine regions in British Columbia.
Enjoy tastings at five wineries. Visit a hand-picked list of boutique wineries to sample their wines, meet the vintners and wine experts, and stroll through the vineyards. A chef-prepared lunch (choose from chicken or vegetarian) is provided either in the vineyard on sunny days or inside the winery.
Arrive back in Vancouver by approximately 5pm. The pacing of the tour depends on how much time is spent at each winery — it is tailored to suit individual needs.

Our guide was very nice. We paid for a private tour. However we were joined by another group and, while they were very nice folks, it was not a private tour. We had hoped to learn more and sample more, but it felt that because we were joined by another group I'm assuming a semi private tour, that never happen.

We had a great time wine tasting in the Fraser Valley. Genevieve and #34;G and #34; was our guide and she was amazing. Very professional, fun, and a trained sommelier, so her expertise added to our experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to wine taste close to Vancouver.
