Great value for a full days use. Employees were very nice and helpful with directions to spots on land, as well as the occasional wildlife sighting!

If you're planning to get around on foot, this is a definite advantage to moving around in the city, although some of the docks can be a little tricky to find.

We loved the AquaBus Ferry ride. We stopped at granville island and had a great lunch at the Sandbar with a fantastic view! _br/_ did some more riding and ended the day in Yaletown where we had dinner at Provence. Wonderful way to spend the day.

Everything about the Aquabus and experiencing Vancouver from the water was amazing. My only gripe - the people working the boats know nothing about e-vouchers or the 2 day pass, making the first ride a bit tricky. Friendly captains and never a long wait for the next and #39;taxi and #39;!

The service and staff of the Aquabus were great. The shopping island stop is great for lunchtime as the food variation was huge. The other stops were a little disappointing and you should be aware of the times of the science museum as we got there shortly before they closed.

Prepaying our ferry ticket was not only a time saver, but it proved to be a wise choice. We simply provided a copy of our voucher and swiftly boarded. Loved the AquaBus, it was so cute and efficient. The boats were rotating from one stop to another so there was never more than a 5 or 10 minute wait. We enjoyed every minute on the water. The breeze was cool so it was nice that the boat also offers a glass enclosure. The views were awesome. I might add...competitors may be able to carry more passengars...but never overcrowded on the AquaBus.

Excellent, inexpensive transportation to 8 locations on False Creek, including Granville Island. Ferry drivers are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience!

Review by:   WIlliam J,    September 2016 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
It was good for transportation to different parts of the city, however they claimed one ferry was a 25 minute tour, yet there was no narrative.

Very convenient way to see some parts of this wonderful city. Initially they were reluctant to accept my Viator voucher, but I think this was because the pilot of our first aquabus was new to the job and hadn't seen one before. Eventually sorted at our first stop, and we then carried on using it for the rest of that day. Some pilots were very chatty and gave useful information, but others just got on with the job.

It was not what we expected. We thought it would be more like a Duck tour where the captain of the boat would tell you what parts of the city we were seeing and that it would go further than it did.

This was a great deal! Make sure to print out the voucher and have it ready to present everytime you want to board an Aquabus.

We used the all-day pass as part of our Granville Island and False Creek day during a week in Vancouver. We enjoyed it so much we went the full circuit 3 times! Each pilot was enjoyable and informative. The beauty of the False Creek area is amazing and the AquaBus is the way to see it. And of course Granville Island and the Public Market are a must. Later we walked along much of the seawall on the Yaletown side, which is fantastic.

I bought AquaBus One day pass for my family. It was worth every penny. We only had one day to look around Vancouver and we spent most of time at the Falls Creek. We started with Stanley Park early in the morning and then went for the Ferry ride. We even saw a few seals in the water as they pop their heads up. Grandville Island had many attractions and different stores to look around. Their market place was another thing to look at. Sitting down at the dock and listening to the live music with some snack was relaxing too. I highly recommend anybody to try the AquaBus day pass.

Due to our flight arriving late, which was beyond our control. By the time we checked in to our hotel, we were unable to use this tour. I am sure it would have been wonderful.

Great water taxi to go around False Creek. Buy the all day pass, it's more economical, otherwise it's 3.50 each way.

Ride was very short. Wish the driver did all the stops instead of limiting it to where people are going. Takes you where you need to go for cheap.

The ferries are very frequent and the staff on them are really friendly and helpful. It's a great way to see False Creek and to explore the areas of Yale Town and Granville Island.
