When your cruise ship docks at the Vancouver port, walk 5 minutes to Downtown Vancouver to meet your friendly local guide, who'll introduce you to the best street food spots on a 2-hour narrated small-group tour of Vancouver's booming food truck scene.

Take a leisurely six-block walk to some popular trucks as well as hidden local favorites to taste four dishes (see below for sample menu). Savor British Columbian cuisine -- where salmon is the star -- and try innovative Japanese-American fusion cuisine at the Japanese hotdog truck. Wrap up your lunchtime adventure with a spicy 'diablo' cookie!

At each truck you visit, you'll get to meet the owners and chefs to hear their stories and learn recipes to recreate your favorite street eats at home.
